Booking appointment
Booking appointment
App & PortalOh my goodness, I had the absolute worst time trying to book an appointment with this website. I mean, I live in a big city and only managed to secure one appointment in 4 months, can you believe it? And if your service isn't listed in their system, they just toss it under some random name. And good luck trying to get help from their customer service, because they are nowhere to be found. No phone number to call, can you imagine? It's like we're back in the Stone Age. And their website is a nightmare to navigate, it's like talking to a robot that expects you to figure everything out on your own. Now they've changed their policy to no customer support at all, can you believe it? You can't even speak to a real person. And forget about getting updated information, it's like talking to a wall. When I tried to pay my bill on their site, it was a disaster. No confirmation for appointments, it's just a mess. Trust me, steer clear of this like the plague.

App & PortalSo, yeah, I booked an appointment for a facial on this super annoying website and it was, like, the worst. The layout was so confusing, and I accidentally ended up paying an extra $24 because the buttons were all over the place. And then, when I asked for a refund, they were just like, 'nope, sorry!' Ugh, never going back there again!

CommunicationMy recent experience trying to book an appointment through Treatwell was a total disaster, eh. I thought I was being clever using this platform to book a salon appointment for my wife, but it ended up being a nightmare. Despite my wife reaching out to them several times about getting a refund for a cancelled appointment, Treatwell has been holding onto her money with no communication or solution in sight. It's absurd that they say they're a reliable company when they can't even handle simple customer service properly. Treatwell, when are you going to step up and fix this problem, eh?
Booked massage but had to cancel
Booked massage but had to cancel
Follow-upI was really looking forward to getting a massage with Treatwell, but then I had to cancel due to a work trip. I made sure to cancel with plenty of notice, but neither Treatwell nor the salon wanted to give me a refund. I was pretty mad and felt like I was being scammed. However, after pestering them a lot, Treatwell finally refunded me. Thank goodness!
Eyelash lift purchase
Eyelash lift purchase
CommunicationI recently went and got an eyelash lift from a beauty salon in my area using Treatwell. I paid with cash, but it was a total disaster. The lady there said I missed my appointment even though I was on time. She started complaining about Treatwell taking all the money and gave me her business card, saying I should book with her directly next time. Then she tried to convince me to get eyelash extensions instead of the lift we agreed on, and it turned out really bad. I'm super disappointed with the service and how unprofessional the lady was, and I didn't get any help from Treatwell's customer service either. I won't be going back to that salon again, that's for sure.
Online booking experience
Online booking experience
App & PortalMy experience with this online booking platform has been really bad, eh. I've been using it for 2 years now, and every week there are problems with clients booking online, eh. The SMS notifications don't come through, push notifications aren't working, and even when I make appointments in person, I don't get any confirmation SMS. I'd recommend staying away from them, since they only care about making money from new clients, eh.
