CommunicationOh my goodness, that salon was just the worst! They never picked up their phone and were not helpful at all. It was a complete disaster with craziness all around. I wasted my allowance and time there, can you believe it? Definitely not going back, no thank you!
Salon partnership experience
Salon partnership experience
CommunicationI had a really bad experience with this booking platform that works with salons. I've been trying to solve a problem for the last 4 months, but I haven't gotten any help despite reaching out many times. It's hard to contact them because there's no phone number or email available. It's better to just contact the salon you want to book with on your own instead of using this platform.
Appointment booking
Appointment booking
CommunicationMy recent experience trying to book an appointment through Treatwell was a total disaster, eh. I thought I was being clever using this platform to book a salon appointment for my wife, but it ended up being a nightmare. Despite my wife reaching out to them several times about getting a refund for a cancelled appointment, Treatwell has been holding onto her money with no communication or solution in sight. It's absurd that they say they're a reliable company when they can't even handle simple customer service properly. Treatwell, when are you going to step up and fix this problem, eh?
Eyelash lift purchase
Eyelash lift purchase
CommunicationI recently went and got an eyelash lift from a beauty salon in my area using Treatwell. I paid with cash, but it was a total disaster. The lady there said I missed my appointment even though I was on time. She started complaining about Treatwell taking all the money and gave me her business card, saying I should book with her directly next time. Then she tried to convince me to get eyelash extensions instead of the lift we agreed on, and it turned out really bad. I'm super disappointed with the service and how unprofessional the lady was, and I didn't get any help from Treatwell's customer service either. I won't be going back to that salon again, that's for sure.
