    I went to grab some hair dye and nail polish at the store and I had the best time ever! This worker, Lisa, was super nice and helpful. She went out of her way to make sure I found everything I was looking for. Lisa even offered to go to another store to get the hair dye that was out of stock. She kept me in the loop the whole time and when I went to pick up my stuff, she was so friendly and kind. The products were awesome and the service was fantastic. I really enjoyed my shopping experience there!

    I recently bought some stuff at this store and boy, was I let down by the service I got. I forked out quite a bit of cash on hair dye and accessories, which is a big deal for me. But when my order didn't show up on time, the customer service team was no help at all and didn't do anything to fix the problem. On top of that, the delivery company, DPD, was useless too. They even sent me a random photo that didn't match my address. This whole situation has been a mess, and I'm ready to take legal action to get my money back.

    Peroxide developer purchase update

    I just bought some peroxide developer from the store and I noticed they changed up the color scheme on the bottles. Before, each different strength of peroxide had its own color, which was super handy for us hairdressers to figure out the right one in a jiffy. But now they've switched to a new system where the color gradually gets darker as the strength goes up, and it's got everyone, including me, a bit confused.

    Black OPI nail varnish

    I just bought a black OPI nail polish from this store because I wanted to try a new color. But when I got home and opened the bottle, I found out it was actually just a clear polish with a black cap. I was really let down by this misleading product, so I decided to return it unused. To my surprise, the store wouldn't give me a refund, even though their website says they will replace or refund products without any exceptions. This inconsistency and lack of customer service has made me really unhappy with my shopping experience at this store. I definitely won't be going back.

    Sally Beauty really needs to amp up their online ordering process. The website lets you place orders even if stuff isn't in stock, which just leads to annoying backorders. Plus, their checkout system doesn't let you use different billing and shipping addresses, which just confuses customers. The tracking system is hit or miss, leaving folks in the dark about their shipments. Customer service takes forever to get back to you and doesn't have the power to make quick decisions or fix issues. It's pretty obvious that Sally Beauty's online setup is stuck in the past and needs a major upgrade.

    I've been going to this beauty supply store for a while now, but with everything going on with COVID-19, I decided to give their online ordering a shot. Let me tell you, it was a total letdown. The ordering process online was fine, no issues there, but when my order arrived it only had one item in it. It took forever for the other item to show up, and when it did, the dye was all messed up - looked like it had been run over or something during shipping. And to top it off, they charged me for something I never even bought, and the receipt had someone else's name on it from Massachusetts! I've tried reaching out to customer service in every way possible - calling, emailing, chatting - with no luck at all. All in all, my online shopping experience with this beauty supply store has been a total waste of time and money. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

    Happy first order, second order cancelled before Christmas

    My first time ordering online was great! Everything went smoothly - fast delivery and I really loved what I received. However, my second order was a big disappointment. I had ordered it as a Christmas gift but it was cancelled without any explanation right before Christmas. I'm pretty certain they gave my items to someone who ordered after me. I reached out to them through email, but I haven't heard back from them at all.

    Hey there,

    So I've been a loyal customer of Sally Beauty for a while now, and I recently bought some gel nail polish from them. Unfortunately, I was pretty disappointed with the quality of the products this time. When I tried to use the nail polish, I found that it was old, all separated, and just didn't cure properly under my UV lamp. It was a real letdown, especially since I've had good experiences with Sally Beauty before.

    It seems like every time I buy gel polishes from their store, there's some sort of issue. On top of that, I also noticed that the prices at Sally Beauty were way higher than on the brand's official website, which was both surprising and frustrating.

    After all this, I've decided that I'll be taking my future beauty product purchases elsewhere. No more Sally Beauty for me.

    I recently had a problem with my online account, so I sent an email to customer service for help. But, I didn't hear back from them for a few days, so I ended up having to give them a call. It was a bit of a hassle getting transferred and then accidentally hung up on, but eventually, I got through to someone who was able to assist me.     Hair color disaster

    I went and got my hair colored at this place, and let me tell you, it was the worst color I've ever seen! I even showed them a picture of what I was aiming for, but they totally missed the mark. I tried reaching out to customer service to file a complaint, but the supervisor never bothered getting back to me. They're so unreliable, I definitely won't be going back there again.     I just bought some Olaplex stuff from this store because they were having a sweet discount. But man, I gotta say I'm pretty let down by the whole thing. Even though I ordered way ahead of time, my stuff got held up at customs and now I'm just waiting around with no idea when I'll get it. I've tried to get in touch with the company a bunch of times to get some info, but I haven't heard a peep back. This whole lack of communication and messing around with my delivery has left me feeling pretty annoyed and not too happy about my purchase.

    Hair extensions purchase

    I bought some hair extensions not too long ago from one of their stores and spent a good chunk of change on 4 packs of 18" human hair. I had originally planned to use them for an upcoming trip, but things changed and I didn't need them anymore. I called the store last week to check if I could bring them back, and they said it was all good. But today when I tried to return them, they told me it was a final sale. I was so frustrated and disappointed with how they handled things. The person I talked to even suggested that I was lying about being able to return them, which I thought was really unprofessional. So now, I'm not going to support this business anymore and I'm going to make sure people know about my bad experience.
