I went to the store recently and man, let me tell you, the new management there is a real letdown. The customer service was just terrible, like seriously the worst I've ever seen. The place was a mess, the shelves were practically empty. And don't even get me started on the manager - so rude and totally unhelpful. It made the whole shopping trip just awful. I definitely won't be going back there again.

The Austrian Supermarket's online store has a great selection of products from Austria. I had a lot of fun checking out all the different kinds of sweets, snacks, spreads, and other goodies they have. The quality is really top-notch, and it made me feel like I was right in Austria, tasting all the flavors at home. The website was easy to use, and ordering was a breeze. The only downside was that the prices seemed a bit high compared to other online stores with similar stuff. The delivery was super fast, and everything arrived in perfect shape. Overall, I would definitely recommend Austrian Supermarket to anyone who wants to treat themselves to some real Austrian treats.

The book looks great, no doubt about that. But let me tell you, the customer service is a total joke. I put effort into writing a heartfelt dedication, only to find out that it got botched by some silly typo I couldn't even correct. And don't even get me started on their rushed production excuse. Now I'm left with an expensive book that I can't even give away as a present. What a letdown, eh.

It was my first time ordering stuff online and I really enjoyed it! The gift I sent was absolutely amazing and the person who received it loved it so much. It arrived right on time and looked really great. They have such a great selection, I'm definitely going to order again!
