Personalized children's book purchase
I just bought this amazing personalized children's book for my nephew from this company. Let me tell you, it was not just cute, but such a lovely and thoughtful gift idea for kids of any age. Unfortunately, there was a little hiccup with shipping that delayed the book arriving right before I had to head out of town. But, when I reached out to their customer support, they were so kind and really went above and beyond to make sure a new copy of the book was done quickly and sent to my nephew's house in time for me to read it to him. The custom Dinosaur book was a big hit with my nephew and the whole family. I'm so grateful to the company for making it all happen. It's obvious that they truly care about their customers and families. I'm definitely going to be telling all my friends and relatives about their products.
Birthday book gift
I ordered this amazing book for my granddaughter's 3rd birthday and it arrived really quickly! I chose the hardcover edition because it's definitely going to be a book she reads over and over and keeps for a long time. Her older brother is two years ahead and they are like two peas in a pod, so this story will be a precious memory of their strong bond as they grow up together. The only downside for me was that I tried to order another one for her brother, but it seemed like I couldn't get a second one. However, the book is fantastic and the delivery was super fast!

The book looks great, no doubt about that. But let me tell you, the customer service is a total joke. I put effort into writing a heartfelt dedication, only to find out that it got botched by some silly typo I couldn't even correct. And don't even get me started on their rushed production excuse. Customizable book for a friend
I recently ordered a personalized book for a buddy and it was super simple to do. The only thing I wish is that there were more choices for tweaking the character's appearance, like their hair, glasses, and outfit.
