But then I got an email saying a photobook had been “shared” with me, and when I checked the link in a private window I realised my private photos were visible to anyone with that link. Not cool. I mean, the book printing was great, but that Share-it thing? There was no obvious way to switch it off or to make the images private again.

When I got the book, there was a technical problem, but the customer service team was so helpful and nice. They quickly sent me a new one. The company tricked me by not telling me about the pricey delivery fee for my calendar order. They didn't mention the £12 charge upfront, I only found out about it after I bought the calendar. It felt sneaky and like a surprise cost that I wasn't ready for. I think I only bought it because of a voucher I used for a Cyber Monday deal, which is really disappointing and feels like a trick. The company should be more honest about their delivery fees and not hide important information in the fine print. I want to know why the delivery fee is so high, it doesn't make sense for a calendar to cost that much to ship. This whole thing has made me feel like I got scammed, and I would tell others to be careful with this company.

I just bought a photo album from this company and it was kinda pricey. But then, when it arrived, turns out I had to pay a $100 customs fee because it was shipped from another country. I get that some companies make stuff outside of Canada to save money, but it would have been nice to know about this fee before I bought it. It's a bit of a letdown. I think they should have been more upfront about it so I wouldn't have been caught off guard. Just a heads up to others - watch out for extra fees when ordering from this company.
