Language learning app membership renewal
I've been using this language learning app for a while now, and I just had to renew my membership. I really appreciated the help it gave me before, but I was pretty surprised and bummed to see they raised the price a lot for this year. Going from 25 euros a year to 120 euros is a big jump and kind of feels like they're just adding more costs. And then, after checking out what other users were saying, I'm a bit worried about the app updates in the future. It seems like I might end up having a similar not-so-great experience like I did with another language learning app.

US album
I gotta say, my experience at the store was amazing. I found a US album that I couldn't find anywhere else in the UK, so that was a huge win for me. The staff were super helpful and knew their stuff, making it easy for me to make my purchase. They shipped out the album quickly and I got it on release day, which was awesome. The packaging was really well done, making sure the album arrived in perfect shape. On top of all that, they kept me in the loop the whole time with great communication. Overall, I'm seriously impressed and wouldn't think twice about recommending this store to others.

Transaction issue
I tried to send some money with them and it like took forever, eh? I was so frustrated, you know what I mean? Finally, I called the help desk and this guy named Sean totally saved the day. He fixed everything super quick, he was awesome, eh?
