After using the platform for over ten years, I recently had some issues with the service. I transferred funds and waited a week without getting any acknowledgment or receipt. This was a big drop in the level of service I usually get. As a customer for a long time, I felt let down and annoyed by the lack of communication. I even thought about taking my business somewhere else in the future. However, after contacting customer support by phone, I got the help I needed. It looks like phone support is faster than email communication. Even with this bump in the road, I'm optimistic that the issues will get sorted out and the service will go back to the way it used to be.
