My recent money transfer wasn't great, to be honest. I've been using this service for years with no problems, but this time it took 8 days instead of the usual 2. I tried contacting them through email, their contact form, and even Facebook, but got zero response. It was really frustrating not knowing what was going on, especially with the amount of money involved. I felt like I was left in the dark and worried about losing my funds. I'm sharing this to warn others about my experience and hopefully get some help from the company because their customer service has been really disappointing.
