Flight from Dublin to San Francisco
My recent flight from Dublin to San Francisco was pretty good overall. Going through US pre-clearance in Dublin was quick and saved time when we landed in the US. The plane layout was comfy with the 2-4-2 setup, and checking in online was easy. The flight attendants were really nice and kept checking on us. The only downside was that the meal service felt a bit rushed, they served meals just 2 hours into the 11-hour flight. Also, it was a bummer that alcoholic drinks weren't free, but we could buy them if we wanted. The food was okay, I've had better on other long flights. The entertainment options were decent and helped pass the time. On the way back, a child got sick and the crew handled it well, even when things got serious and they needed medical help. All in all, for the price I paid, I can't complain too much and might fly with them again in the future.

As a regular customer here, I just wanted to mention how great my experience has been overall. The stuff I order is always top-notch and I really like how they make sure everything gets to me quickly and in good shape. But, there's this one problem I keep running into when I try to use my $25.00 gift card. I can't find where to put in the gift card info on the order form, which is a bit annoying. It would be really helpful if they had a spot where I could leave a note about stuff like that, so things go more smoothly. Best of Italy Tour for 13 days
The Best of Italy Tour for 13 days actually ended up being only 12 days long, which was a bit disappointing. This was my second time going on a Trafalgar tour, and just like my first one in Egypt, it was not a great experience. I had a hard time understanding the travel director because they spoke too quickly and unclearly. The bus driver, Theo, was not very nice and seemed unfriendly. The travel director kept trying to sell us expensive extra excursions, which were way pricier than if we booked them ourselves. The food was okay, the hotels weren't that great, and we spent a lot of time on the bus each day listening to the tour director talk about optional excursions that I couldn't even make out. The pre-paid gratuities ended up being a waste because neither the driver nor the travel director seemed appreciative. Overall, I won't be booking another Trafalgar tour in the future.
