Babylist - Reviews and experiences

I bought something a few days ago and now I'm full of regrets. I've been trying to find out where my gift is going, but there's no customer service to give me a hand. Every time I try to get help on the website, I just get sent in circles. It's so annoying not knowing where my order is or if it went through okay. This whole thing has been a total nightmare, and I seriously advise everyone to avoid buying on this platform.

BabyList charges way higher prices compared to other stores, especially when you redeem their gift cards. Don't get fooled by that!

I really didn't like using this website. The price comparison thing was cool, but that's where the good stuff stops. If you end up buying from another store through Babylist, you're pretty much on your own if you need help with tracking or customer service. On top of that, it takes forever to get your order from Babylist, and a bunch of the stuff is super pricey compared to other places. I definitely wouldn't suggest using this website for your one and only baby registry.

I was really disappointed with the service I got from this company. I ordered three items for a baby shower, and even though the website said they would arrive before the event, only one actually made it on time. The tracking info showed that the other two were delayed, with one not even shipped yet and the other set to arrive after the shower. When I tried to reach out to customer service, I ended up dealing with a chatbot that was no help and just sent me to generic articles. And when I finally talked to a human rep, they didn't really address my concerns and it was very unsatisfactory. I had to rush to find another gift and let the couple know about the problems I had. Overall, it was a frustrating and disappointing experience.

The whole ordering experience was so annoying because I couldn't talk to a real person when I needed help, just a bunch of pre-written answers. Then, after I canceled my PayPal payment, I finally managed to reach someone via email, but then there were more problems with the group gifts. Even though I paid everything in full, they still didn't send out the gift, so I ended up empty-handed at the baby shower.

Oh my goodness, I was really excited when I ordered some really pricey baby things from this store! But honestly, it was a complete mess. To start with, my order arrived way later than expected, which was a huge disappointment. And when I wanted to send the items back because they were way too expensive and not even that good, it turned into a nightmare. The delivery service they recommended lost the package, and now I've been waiting forever for a refund. So frustrating!
