Expedited shipping issue resolved
I had a little problem with my rush shipping order recently, but the customer service I got was top-notch. The manager really went out of their way to get my order to me on time, and I'm grateful for that. It's nice to see a company that really values its customers and will do whatever it takes to fix things. I'll definitely be coming back to shop here again because of this great experience.
Coupon issue
I got this $10 off coupon from the store, eh? But when I went to use it within the valid period, the website said it was expired, eh? So I reached out to customer support with proof that the coupon should still be good, but after waiting for over a month, they told me it could only be used at the time of purchase, eh? I was pretty disappointed with their lack of support and how they just brushed off my valid concern, eh?
School uniforms
I just bought some school uniforms online for my grandson's birthday. I was pretty bummed when I found out that the delivery date on the website was wrong. When I checked the order status, it just said it was still processing. After a frustrating call with Customer Service that lasted 30 minutes, I was told that the order was actually placed later than what I was originally told. It turns out it won't arrive until a week after the delivery date shown on the website. This mix-up really put a damper on my grandson's birthday.
6 pairs of pants for my daughter
I recently bought my daughter 6 pairs of pants from your store. The whole thing has been a bit of a letdown. When my order arrived, it came in separate packages on different days, which was not ideal. On top of that, one pair of pants never made it to me, and I still haven't been refunded for it. And to make matters worse, I keep getting charged multiple times for the 5 pairs that did arrive, even though I already paid for them weeks ago. What's more, my card is being charged every night for the same order. I tried reaching out to customer service, but their help has been pretty underwhelming. I've talked to ten different reps, and each one said they fixed the problem, but I'm still getting charged over and over again. This whole situation has not only put a strain on my finances but has also affected my personal life. Because of all this, I'm thinking of closing my account with your store. I recommend others to be cautious when ordering from you to avoid similar problems.
Christmas gifts for my kids
I was so frustrated with my experience at this store. I ordered Christmas gifts for my kids, but the courier "misplaced" the order and it never even left the store. Now I'm still waiting for a refund, which is such a waste of time, especially during the busy holiday season. I would definitely tell others to steer clear of this store.
Kids clothes online purchase
I bought some new clothes online and most of them were pretty cool, but then there's this one that's just a total dud. Now I have to go through the hassle of returning it. Ugh, it's such a pain! I have to call during the weekdays, but I'm in school so that's not gonna work. And even when I do manage to call, I have to wait on hold forever. It's just not cool, man. The customer service is just meh, and to top it off, they didn't cover the cost of shipping for returns. Seriously, what gives? And now they messed up my return receipt, so I have to call them again! It's just so frustrating.

I recently ordered something online from this company and let me tell you, it was a total nightmare. They split my order into two packages, and while I got the first one no problem, the second one was nowhere to be found. The tracking said it was delivered but it definitely wasn't at my door. I tried reaching out to USPS for help, but they weren't very useful. Their customer service was a joke, all I got were automated messages and no one ever answered the phone. I even went to one of their stores in person, but no luck there either. After four attempts, all I got was the same automated response. Needless to say, I won't be ordering from them ever again.
Online order experience
I had the worst time shopping at this place. I thought ordering online would be easy, but it was a disaster. The delivery took sooo long, and I didn't get any updates on where my package was unless I shelled out more money. Everything was all over the place and totally annoying. I wouldn't suggest ordering from here.
Returned item process
I had to deal with the return process at this place recently and let me tell you, it was a total nightmare. I've been trying to get a return shipping label for two whole months now and still no luck. Their customer service is seriously lacking - they hardly pick up the phone or reply to emails on time. And to top it off, when they finally did send me the return label, it was all messed up with the wrong address. I definitely recommend steering clear of this company, the cheap prices just aren't worth the headache of dealing with their terrible customer service and returns.

I recently made a purchase from this company and to my disappointment, my order arrived later than I had anticipated. When I reached out to them to find out what was going on, they didn't respond to my emails or calls. This lack of communication made it really challenging for me to sort things out, and it left me feeling annoyed and let down by their customer service. I ended up having to deal with my bank to dispute the charge and get my money back. All in all, I wouldn't suggest ordering from this company if you care about getting your order on time and receiving good customer service.
My online order was a disaster
I thought I could just take this stuff back at the store, but nothing fit and now I can't even return it 'cause they're closing. I'm stuck with these pricey clothes that don't even fit right and their stupid automated system is a pain. Just gonna go with Amazon or Walmart next time for better service and easier returns.

Today, me and my mom went to the store to buy some cute clothes for my little sister. But when we got there, we found out they closed the store one hour early for inventory! How irresponsible is that?! We came all the way from Laval to shop here, and they just closed the doors in front of us like it was no big deal. I am so mad, I don't think we will ever come back to this store again. It's just not fair to do that to customers.

I picked up some clothes from here and I gotta say, I wasn't thrilled with the whole thing. To start, they charge two bucks every month even when your card is empty. Like, that's not cool, buddy. And when I tried to cancel my account, it was a real headache. They insisted on sending the cancellation papers by fax, who even has one of those nowadays? It's like they don't want you to leave. I had to give them a call because I couldn't cancel online, and they wouldn't even send me an email confirming it. After lots of arguing, they finally agreed to mail me that confirmation. Seriously though, who needs all that hassle?

What a disaster! I placed an order online, thinking I was supporting a reliable business, but was let down. The second part of my order never even left the warehouse, even though it said it was waiting for the carrier. I tried reaching out to customer service through two emails, but didn't hear back. Finally, after waiting forever on the phone, I spoke to customer service reps I could hardly understand. They said my refund was issued, but without the sales tax (which seems fishy, maybe even against the law). If I didn't get the refund, apparently it's my job to sort it out with my bank. Well, you better believe I've filed a complaint with the bank. This company needs to answer for their shady practices!
School clothes purchase
I recently bought some school clothes for my grandson online and thought I'd get a deal by opening a new account. But, I ran into some issues with the billing that left me confused and frustrated. When the new card came in the mail, I saw that the account number didn't match the one on the statement I got a few days later. So now, I've got a credit balance on the account with the card and a past due balance on the account I never got a card for.
