My order was delayed
So, y'know, I had this really annoying thing where my order took forever to get here. I talked to this really nice person who was like, "Don't worry, girl!" She figured out that my order was stuck somewhere and wouldn't be coming for, like, another week. But then she offered me a refund on the shipping, which was super awesome! Definitely great customer service!

Clothing and accessories
My visit to this shop was a huge letdown. The service was just awful. I had trouble getting help from the staff, and when I finally did, they were unhelpful and not very friendly. On top of that, the prices were way too high for what they were offering. When I tried to return something, it took forever to get my cash back. It was a total pain and I definitely won't be coming back here.

Overpriced store with rude customer service
This store is so overpriced, and the customer service is just awful. I went in hoping to find a cool gift, but everything was way too expensive and the staff wasn't helpful at all. They were rude and didn't seem to care about helping me, which made me feel like they didn't want me there. I left feeling annoyed and let down, and I won't be going back to that fancy place again.

Half-full container, smelly and bad taste
Just got my order, eh? Not too happy about it. The container was only half full, so I'll be out in no time flat. The smell and taste are pretty gross, gotta say. I'll just stick to my usual collagen sachets - they're way better and cheaper, you know what I mean?

Affordable and unique pants
I actually just randomly came across this cool little boutique when I was on the hunt for a specific pair of pants that were sold out everywhere else. At first, I was a bit skeptical because the price was way better than what I had seen at other stores. But, after checking out some reviews and testimonials, I decided to take the plunge and make the purchase. I was so happy to find out that they had the pants in my size when every other site was all sold out.
The whole ordering process was super easy, and before I knew it, the pants were on their way to me here in Canada. High-quality clothing, excellent customer service
The clothes I bought were really good quality, and the prices were fair for how well they fit and how nice they are. The customer service was amazing, definitely some of the best I've ever had. My only complaint is that they don't have a lot of options for post-maternity clothes. But I would be thrilled if they made some post-maternity active leggings with pockets!

Bought some clothes
I picked up some clothes from here and I gotta say, I wasn't thrilled with the whole thing. To start, they charge two bucks every month even when your card is empty. Like, that's not cool, buddy. And when I tried to cancel my account, it was a real headache. They insisted on sending the cancellation papers by fax, who even has one of those nowadays? It's like they don't want you to leave. I had to give them a call because I couldn't cancel online, and they wouldn't even send me an email confirming it. After lots of arguing, they finally agreed to mail me that confirmation. Seriously though, who needs all that hassle?
