Two sweatshirts
I recently bought two sweatshirts before the holidays for a hundred bucks, eh. But, turns out I only got one sweatshirt when the tracking said both were delivered. And on top of that, I didn't even get the free socks that were supposed to come with it, eh. It's frustrating to get only part of my order and not everything I was expecting, eh.
Late order, incomplete order
I ordered my stuff back in December and I still haven't received everything I ordered. I sent them two emails and they never got back to me. I just want them to be straight up with me and let me know if my items are on backorder, instead of making me wait. I'm really frustrated and I'm considering cancelling my order.
Clothes order
Oh man, I was so stressed about my order because the tracking link wasn't working and the reviews were kind of sketchy. But it finally arrived after a week and it is awesome! I love it so much!
$298 order never arrived
I spent $298 on activewear and it never showed up! They were responsive before I made the purchase, but stopped responding after I never received my order. I sent them more than 10 emails but never got a response. Then, after 180 days, they told me I can't get my money back or any replacement items. It's a total scam!!
My new stuff
Oh my gosh, I can't stand this store! I bought some new workout clothes and they are terrible. The clothes are ugly and way too pricey. Plus, the sizes are all wonky and don't fit properly. And their customer service is awful - they're like bullies. They don't listen and just talk over you. On top of that, they don't even stick to their return policy so you can't even return it. Ugh, just shop somewhere else. Buffbunny is so much better!
Activewear, Scammers, No refund
I had a really bad experience with this store. I bought some activewear from them and I never got my order or a refund. The tracking numbers they gave me were fake and even though they promised a refund, nothing ever happened. It was obvious that this store is a scam, so I had to call my bank to dispute the charge. Just a heads up, watch out for litactivewear and their other company lattelierstore.
Order of 2 jackets
So, I bought two jackets from this activewear store not too long ago. When the package finally arrived, I saw that one of the jackets was the wrong size, and the other one wasn't even in the box. I've tried emailing customer service a bunch of times, but I haven't heard back from them at all. It's really frustrating and disappointing that they're not taking responsibility for this mix-up. I spent a lot of money on those jackets, so I'm not too happy about the situation. Overall, my experience with this company has been pretty unsatisfactory.
Products shipped from far away!
I received my order really late because it shipped from another country. Some folks are saying their items are knock-offs and too expensive. Just a heads up!
Price match, delivery time, coat quality
I was super happy to find out that they actually price match! I saved a few bucks on my coat because of that. I got it on Black Friday and it arrived in just two weeks, which was pretty quick. I have another order from another store that still hasn't even shipped yet! The coat itself is really good quality, especially for the price. I'm really pleased with my purchase overall!
Activewear outfits
I bought two activewear outfits from this company not too long ago. But man, oh man, did I have a rough time! I ordered them on December 11th, 2021, and here it is January 12th, 2022, still no sign of my stuff. I've sent three emails already trying to figure out what the heck is going on and asking for my money back, but all I got back were lame excuses. First, they blamed the holidays for slowing things down, then they said the stuff I wanted was all gone. Nothing since then. This is not how you treat a customer, totally not cool.
The long wait, tiny pants
I can't believe how much trouble it was to order from this place! I bought some sweatpants that took ages to show up, and when they did, they were way too tiny. And now I can't even send them back or swap them out because there's zero info on how to do that. I've tried calling customer service but they're not making it any easier. What a complete waste of time and money.
Ordered wrong size jacket, slow shipping, poor customer service
I ordered a jacket from this activewear store not long ago, but it took a whole month to come in, and when it finally did, the size was way off. I've been trying to get in touch with their customer service team since the day after it arrived, but I haven't heard anything back. It's so frustrating dealing with a company that offers such terrible service and doesn't bother to respond to customer issues promptly. My whole experience with this store has been a letdown.
Oversized sweatshirt with grey sticking on arm sleeves
I'm really disappointed with this company. I bought a big blush pink sweatshirt, but it had grey stitching on the arm sleeves which was very obvious. I tried to return it to the USA address, but it cost me 25 pounds. I've sent a few emails but haven't heard anything back. Actually, my last two emails were returned saying the email address doesn't exist. So now I'm out about 90 pounds. It's definitely been an expensive lesson for me.
$80 purchase, PayPal dispute
I just bought something for 80 bucks from this company, eh, and now I'm stuck in a Paypal situation because they haven't been giving me any updates on my order. It's been a whole month and still no info on when it's gonna get here.
Cheaply Made, Partially Filled Order
I can't believe how bold this company is. I ordered some stuff and only got a small part of what I paid for. When I emailed them (since phone customer service seems nonexistent), all they did was give me a refund and didn't bother to send the missing stuff. On top of that, the prices are crazy high for such basic and average quality activewear. It might be okay after a wash, but I don't think it will last as long as my other reliable fleece items. Don't waste your money here, go somewhere else, folks.
Color mix-up
So, I ordered some awesome activewear but they sent me the wrong color. I tried to reach out to them but they didn't let me finish speaking. It's like they don't even care about getting my order correct. I received the wrong color AGAIN. AND now I'm still waiting for my third order. It's taking forever! I wouldn't recommend buying from here, it's just awful.
Multiple purchases
I bought a bunch of things from this store. But lemme tell ya, the shipping took forever, and when my order finally showed up, it came in a bunch of different packages. Plus, the sizes were all wrong, and one package didn't look anything like what I saw online. So, I sent it back, but I never got my money back. I had to pay a bunch for return shipping too. And to top it all off, after saying they'd refund me, the company just stopped replying to my emails. Feels like a total scam, eh?
