Regular Vancouver purchase
I just bought the Regular Vancouver bag and I gotta say, I'm super impressed with the quality and service. The shipping was fast and the updates about the delivery were really handy. The bag came in a nice package and I felt so excited when I opened it. The leather is top-notch, you can tell by how soft the strap got right away. The bag is way roomier than I expected, fitting all my stuff plus a smaller wallet and even two phones. The hardware is strong and long-lasting, but I wouldn't mind seeing more options in silver.

Concert tickets
The concert last night was amazing! Mick Jagger was so awesome and talented, still rocking it like a pro. The band was really good too and they put on an incredible show. I've been a fan of theirs for so long, it was a dream come true to see them live. I even brought my son and his buddy with me, and they had a blast. Our seats were fantastic, so close to the stage. It was such a fun night! The updates from when I bought the tickets until the show were really helpful and kept me informed. The fees were a bit high, but after checking other sites, they were all pretty much the same, so it wasn't too bad. Everything went smoothly, no problems at all. I would definitely buy tickets from here again, it was such an easy process.

I liked being able to choose flights by airport, time, and all that good stuff. But I ran into a problem where only one of my frequent flyer accounts got used for booking my trip, and the other one got left out. So now, my booking is all split between two different airlines.

I bought something online and it's been like more than a week now and still nothing has shown up. I shelled out extra for UPS to get it in 3-5 days but no movement at all. And to top it off, there's no way to chat with a human on the phone for help, which is so annoying.

I bought a charger from this company not too long ago and I was happy with the charger itself. But, I gotta say, I was pretty worried about how they were handling my personal info. So, after I gave them my email to get a coupon, I started getting a bunch of spam emails from other places. It seemed to me like they were sharing or selling my info without asking me first. That's a big problem for me as a customer and the company really needs to fix it.

I thought I had everything set, but when I got to the hotel, they said they didn't get any payment or reservation from ResortPass. I had to pay all over again, and needless to say, I was not impressed. What happened to the simplicity and convenience of booking online? Just refund me my money!
