Improved German skills significantly
My German has improved a ton all thanks to this language sprint program! I could book classes whenever I wanted, and all the teachers were really great. And getting cashback for doing well in the sprint? Such a big win! I completed all the tasks for the sprint, so I'm definitely getting that cashback. Yay!

Black Friday Sweater
I gotta say, I was pleasantly surprised by the customer service I got from this company. I bought a Black Friday sweater from them, and when it arrived, it had a little tear in the fabric. I reached out to customer service, and they got back to me pretty fast. They couldn't give me another sweater since it was out of stock, so instead, they just gave me a refund. I was happy with how easy and quick it all got sorted out, and how they handled the situation. It's good to see a company that cares about their customers and making sure they're satisfied.

OTR suit purchase
I bought this OTR suit, but it took forever to ship and when I tried to return it, nobody answered my emails! It's been like forever (well, more like a month) and I still haven't gotten my refund. What's up with that?! The suit itself was okay, but the customer service is just not cool, dude.
