Damaged jeans purchase
I was so let down by the jeans I bought from this website. Even though I paid a lot for them, they came with brown stains and loose stitching all over. It was obvious they didn't check it out before sending it to me. I wouldn't recommend buying from this website unless you can see the items in person first.
Vegan jumper, swim, biker shorts, workout gear
I bought a few things from this brand and honestly, I'm not happy at all. The sizes are all wonky and the quality just isn't there. I was hoping for better given all the talk about it and the price. The stitching on my stuff is falling apart and there's some peeling too. I'm really let down by what I got and won't be shopping with them again.
New clothes
I got all excited about these new clothes I ordered and thought they were gonna be super stylish, eh? But man, it was a total disaster! It took forever for them to even ship my order, and when I reached out for help, all they said was to check their website. Seriously? When the clothes finally arrived, they were just awful. Wrong size and such poor quality. Now I'm trying to get my money back, but it's like talking to a brick wall. So frustrating, eh?

2. Oh man, I really wish I checked out the reviews before ordering! I was super pumped about that necklace from the September jewelry launch and had my friend in the US order it for me. It was a total disaster with shipping and production delays. They blamed everything but aliens! After a whole month, they finally admitted it was out of stock and gave me my money back. Their customer service was awful! It seemed like they cared more about their social media than actually helping customers. They just kept sending me discount codes like that would make everything better. I am definitely not ordering from them again!Jewelry purchase
I'm pretty disappointed with my recent jewelry purchase experience. I set my alarm early to put in my order, just to get an email two days later saying they had to cancel it because they ran out of stock. I find it hard to believe that all three items I wanted were suddenly sold out. It just doesn't make sense. And it's kind of disheartening to see influencers getting the items while us regular folks miss out. Makes me feel like we, as everyday customers, are not all that important.
Misleading sizing
I was pretty let down by the clothes I got from that brand. The styles were cool and all, but the sizes were way off. I shelled out a lot of money for pants that didn't fit right. And on top of that, the return fees were sky high, which just added to the annoyance.
Disappointing experience
I bought something from this store not too long ago and honestly, it was such a letdown. Everything was so disorganized and I had to wait forever to get my stuff. They didn't keep me updated at all, which just made everything way more annoying. When I tried to talk to customer service for help, they weren't helpful at all and didn't solve my problems. Bottom line, I wouldn't suggest shopping here after what I went through.
Dress exchange drama
I bought a dress, eh, but it was the wrong size so I tried to exchange it, ya know? It's been a week now, and I haven't heard anything about when they're sending me the right size. The online chat is no help, and I've emailed them lots, even the return department! It's just so frustrating, I tell ya! I won't be shopping here again, that's for sure.
Slow Shipping Experience
I recently bought something from this online store and it's been more than 6 weeks since I ordered it, but it hasn't been shipped out yet. They said it would only take 1-2 weeks to ship, but I haven't heard anything about when it will arrive. Their customer service team hasn't been very good at keeping me updated or being clear about what's going on, which is really annoying and disappointing. I suggest looking into buying from a more trustworthy seller like Revolve instead.
Oversized Jacket Purchase
Eh, so I bought something from this website not too long ago, eh! It was a complete nightmare, let me tell you. First off, the system messed up my email address, took off the .ca at the end, so I didn't even get a confirmation email, eh! And now I can't even return the item because of that silly mistake. Finally got the package and the jacket I ordered in my size turned out to be the wrong size, can you believe it? Totally unwearable for me. And the customer service? A total disaster - not helpful at all. They made it seem like returning the item was my problem, not theirs, eh. I wish I had read the reviews first, would have saved myself from this whole mess. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else, seriously.
Took forever
So I ordered some stuff on this website, and it took like two months for them to actually send it out. Can you believe that? And when I asked for a refund or to cancel my order because it was taking forever, they were super rude and just said no! Like, seriously? I don't even need those things now, they were for a trip back home. So frustrating, definitely not gonna shop there again.
