I signed up for the premium subscription service recently and I gotta say, I was really disappointed with the whole thing. The box they sent me didn't have the cool clothes I asked for. On top of that, the sizes were totally off from what I wanted, so I couldn't even wear them. The quality of the items was also not great at all, definitely not what I was expecting from a premium service. Honestly, I felt pretty let down by the whole experience.

The stuff they sell is ok, but their customer service is seriously lacking. I kind of feel like they don't really care about me as a customer. I ordered some stuff online and they said I'd get 3 free samples, but I only got 2, even though I spent a lot of money. It seems like they're just trying to trick people with that. And on top of that, I keep getting way too many emails even after I tried to unsubscribe more than once. I'm not gonna buy anything from them again.

I phoned that company for some help yesterday and the person I spoke to was super friendly and helpful! She knew exactly what needed to be done and answered all of my questions. I wish every company was as great as this one. They really value their customers.

Great service all around. I ordered on Black Friday and got a quick email the next day about duty charges. It was nice to know about the fees ahead of time. My package came on December 7th, earlier than I thought, and everything was in good shape.

My experience with this company has been super disappointing. I ordered something and never got any updates or replies to my emails about where my package is. They seem more interested in promoting new stuff than actually delivering orders to the people who pay for them. I wouldn't suggest shopping here.
