Personalized styling experience
My experience with the personalized styling service at this company was absolutely amazing. The team was so friendly and really helped me figure out my style. I went in with no clue what I wanted, but after just two boxes, my wardrobe felt so put together. I was surprised to realize that I'm not really into dresses, but that button-down shirt they sent me was a game-changer. It fit like a glove and was super comfy. And don't even get me started on the Amelia jeans - they were like they were made just for me. Recent subscription experience
My recent experience with the subscription service has actually been pretty good overall, eh. I've been a subscriber for a few months now and I've gotta say, I've really liked how easy it is and the quality of the clothes they send me. The clothes were stylish and well-made, which was a nice surprise. But I do think this service might not be for folks who are super picky about what they wear, since the choices might not always be exactly what they want. For me though, someone who hates shopping and making clothing decisions, UrbaneBox has been a real lifesaver, eh.
Quality and style satisfaction
I'm really happy with the clothes I've gotten from this service - they're good quality and right on trend, just what I wanted. One thing that could be better though is the timing of the deliveries. It would be great if they matched the current season more, so I'm not getting stuff that I can't wear for months. Like, I'd rather get shorts and tees in the summer, not long sleeve shirts for the fall. But other than that, I'm happy with everything and will keep using this service.

Finding clothes that are both stylish and fitting is a real struggle for us petite ladies, especially if we've put on a few extra pounds. Let me tell you, Urbanebox has been a total lifesaver when it comes to this! Subscription service review
The clothes I got were okay, but honestly, I was kinda bummed to see that they were obviously cheaply made Chinese imports packaged in some wholesaler's packaging. And to top it off, there's no return policy if you don't like what you get, which is a big downside for me. I like having the option to send stuff back if it's not up to snuff. So, I ended up cancelling my subscription after just one box.
My recent subscription box purchase
I really like the clothes I get from the subscription service - they're top-notch! It's so convenient to have someone pick out stylish pieces for me based on what I like. But I think the customer service could be better. It would be easier if customers could update their info on the website instead of having to reach out to support.
90% of my boxes only contain 2 items
The boxes are supposed to come with 2-4 items, but most of the time I only end up with 2 items. It makes me feel like I'm not really getting what I paid for, you know? It makes me wonder if they're trying to save money by being stingy with the items.
