Returns & RefundsThe clothes I got were okay, but honestly, I was kinda bummed to see that they were obviously cheaply made Chinese imports packaged in some wholesaler's packaging. And to top it off, there's no return policy if you don't like what you get, which is a big downside for me. I like having the option to send stuff back if it's not up to snuff. So, I ended up cancelling my subscription after just one box.

Returns & RefundsHuge error trying out this box. The first one was disappointing - the stuff inside wasn't even worth what I paid. They said I'd get to chat with a 'stylist,' but it never happened. And if you want to exchange something, they charge you extra, even if they're the ones ripping you off.
