    My experience with this online clothing store was disappointing right from the start. I was interested in a few items on their website, so I decided to place an order. However, the process of creating an account was frustrating as the system continuously rejected my phone number, despite multiple attempts with different formats. I even tried reaching out to the virtual assistant for help, but it was of no use as it failed to understand my queries. In the end, I wasted a significant amount of time trying to navigate through the website, only to be left with a negative impression of the service.

    Dresses online order

    I ordered 3 dresses and got an email saying they were delivered, but they're nowhere to be seen. After looking into it, I found out the package was supposedly dropped off in a town I don't even live in. I tried reaching out to Ontrac many times, but they kept saying the package was delivered. Even after explaining multiple times that I never got the package and don't live in that town, they didn't offer a solution. When I tried contacting customer service through the Shein app, they weren't available and told me to contact external companies like Ontrac for help. This whole situation has been super frustrating and disappointing, making me decide to dispute the charges on my credit card. The lack of phone help and the lack of response to my emails from both Ontrac and Shein have made it clear that I'll be taking my business somewhere else.

    Mixed experiences with recent order

    I gotta say, my recent order from them was a rollercoaster. The first couple were great, but the third one? A total disaster. They sent me something completely different from what I wanted. I tried everything to fix it - sent them pics, order numbers, followed all their requests on the app, Insta, and FB messenger. But at the end of the day, they said I got what I asked for and that was it. Seemed like they just wanted to keep my money and not give me what I paid for.

    I've been doing some shopping lately and I gotta say, I've got some mixed feelings about it. The quality of the products could definitely be better, 'cause some of them don't really hold up well after a couple washes. Plus, I've noticed that prices have been going up, with some items doubling in cost. Hopefully, that means they're using better materials, but we'll have to wait and see. One thing I do like is the variety of clothes they offer, even though the sizing can be all over the place and that's pretty annoying. Gotta give credit where it's due though, the delivery and service have been top-notch. I've always gotten my orders on time and the customer service team is always quick to help out when needed.

    My recent orders worth $392 have disappeared, and no matter how many times I try to fix it, I keep getting the runaround. I had to confirm my details five times, and I even had to go to the police to report it. But still, I haven't gotten my money back for the stuff that went missing. This kind of service is just not okay, and I recommend that people stay away from shopping here.

    My most recent experience with the online store was beyond disappointing. I bought a dress for a special event, but after I paid, they went ahead and changed it up without even asking me. They took out the stuff that was part of a deal, and then adjusted the price of what was left to match my original payment. I tried to chat with customer service about the problem, but all they gave me in response was unhelpful and repetitive answers, like they never even read my messages at all. They flat out refused to give me a refund or send me the stuff that was missing. Dealing with their utter lack of customer service and basic abilities was just so tiring and aggravating.
