App & PortalMy experience with this online clothing store was disappointing right from the start. I was interested in a few items on their website, so I decided to place an order. However, the process of creating an account was frustrating as the system continuously rejected my phone number, despite multiple attempts with different formats. I even tried reaching out to the virtual assistant for help, but it was of no use as it failed to understand my queries. In the end, I wasted a significant amount of time trying to navigate through the website, only to be left with a negative impression of the service.
