    I had a really bad time with their customer service when I tried to return something. I sent back the item on January 8th and asked for my money back, but haven't heard anything since then. I even emailed them on January 30th with proof from the Post Office that I returned the item, requesting my refund of over $200, but still no response or money. It's so annoying not being able to talk to an actual person and only dealing with a robotic service. The terrible communication and customer service have really changed how I see the brand.

    I recently had the worst experience ever with this clothing company that I've been buying stuff from for years. I sent back two things in one package and only got money back for one. The other thing was this super pricey dress and they didn’t give me a refund at all. I've tried reaching out to customer service through email and social media so many times, but they haven’t answered me once. This whole situation is just terrible and it's totally changed how I feel about this brand that I used to really like.

    Ormond Herringbone Coat purchase

    Just picked up an Ormond Herringbone Coat from this shop. The delivery was fast and the coat is looking sharp, but the chest pockets are weirdly horizontal, making my wallet and phone prone to falling out. Looks like I'll have to take it to a tailor to fix them up.

    Ankle boots

    Let me give you the heads up about those ankle boots - they're not worth your money. The quality isn't great at all. The sides started coming apart from the soles after just a few times wearing them. I contacted customer service and sent them photos like they asked, but I haven't heard back from them at all, even after sending multiple follow-up emails. It's really annoying to spend your money on something that falls apart so fast with no help or solution from the company. Definitely steer clear of this brand!

    Terrible Customer Service

    The quality of the clothing is top-notch, but the customer service is just terrible. I've been a loyal customer for years, but my recent attempt to return an item was a disaster. It's been a month and a half since I asked for a refund, and despite sending multiple emails with all the info they need, I have been totally ignored. It's obvious they don't care at all about us, the customers, and I won't be giving them my business again after this mess. There are plenty of other brands with great products and way better customer service out there.

    Merino wool sweater

    I've been shopping at this store for years and always loved the clothes here. But lately, I've noticed that the quality isn't the same. I bought a merino wool sweater recently and it's been a letdown. I've only worn it twice and it's already falling apart, with threads coming loose and losing its shape. The material feels cheap compared to my older items. Turns out, the new stuff is made in China, while the older, better quality clothes were made in Turkey. Seems like the company is trying to save money by cutting corners on quality. It's really disappointing to see such a drop in product standards.

    All Saints jumper

    I recently bought something from this brand to give to my son. It was his first piece from them and sadly, it didn't go so well. I washed the jumper like the instructions said, but the color faded and got all blotchy. When my husband tried to return it at the London store where we got it, they said no to replacing or refunding it. I've been emailing back and forth with the brand for two weeks now. They agreed the jumper was messed up in the photos I sent, but we still haven't sorted things out. I think since the item is faulty, they should replace it, as a goodwill gesture at the very least. I've asked for my case to be passed on to someone higher up, in the hopes of a better result.

    Sizing issue with order

    I recently had an issue with the size of something I ordered online from this store. The package didn't come with a delivery note, so it's been tough trying to return it. I tried asking for help through email, but the responses seemed like auto-replies and didn't really help me with my problem. And to top it off, I was bummed to see that the live chat option they said was there wasn't actually working.

    Troublesome refund process

    I had the worst customer service experience with this company. I returned an item on December 14th and tracked it to see that they got it on December 18th. But, it was already two weeks into January and I still hadn't received my refund. I reached out to them many times by email, but felt like I was talking to a wall. They just kept saying they never got my return, even though the courier had proof of delivery.

No one seems to want to help, they take forever to reply to emails, and it's been weeks since they got my stuff back but still no refund. Are they trying to rip me off or just messing around?     Eh bud, so I was doing some shopping with a gift card, eh. I got two shirts in different sizes, trying to see which one fits me best. But then, when I returned two of the shirts, instead of getting my money back, they put it back on the gift card. Now, I gotta go back, return the other two shirts, and buy them again right away to use up the gift card cash. I tried reaching out to customer service twice about this, but haven't heard back yet, eh. So now I gotta go into the store to do the return and rebuy, which is kinda a pain, ya know?

    OMG, so like, I got this coat from that store and it was a total disaster! Their customer service is garbage, they don't even have a phone number, omg! My order got delivered to the wrong address by their shipping partner and they couldn't help, like, seriously?? They took a picture of someone who's not even on the parcel, like, what's up with that?! And they couldn't even call the driver to fix it, like, really, how hard is it to use a phone?? Total clowns, never ordering from them again!

    Remote location order

    I bought something from this place and I live way out in the boonies in Spain. I shop here a lot. This time it was my first order of the new year and it seems like they have improved their delivery compared to last year. My order was going to be a day late since they're based in the UK. But the customer service was really good, Ramiz was super nice and refunded my delivery charge without any problems. The products from here are mostly environmentally friendly and look amazing as well.

    My recent experience with this company has been extremely disappointing. As a loyal customer with a collection of leather jackets, I placed two orders that I needed to return. However, when I tried to access their website to get a return label, it was shut down. I attempted to call customer service, only to find that their phone numbers were also unavailable. Despite numerous emails, I received no response. I was forced to dispute the charges with my bank, but by the time the process was complete, the 28-day return window had closed. When I contacted the company to return the items, they refused to take responsibility for the lack of customer support and denied my refund request, even when presented with a timestamped screenshot of their website being shut down. The overall customer service experience has been dreadful, and I would not recommend their products to anyone.

    Amore jumper

    The Amore sweater I bought from this store was a letdown. The quality didn't meet the standards shown in the online pictures. I attempted to return it to the Trafford Centre store, but it was closed for renovations. I then tried the Selfridges location, where I came across a rude manager who made the return process a hassle. So, I had to send it back through Royal Mail. Even though tracking confirms that All Saints received the return on time, the customer service has been terrible. I've talked to multiple agents, but it feels like I'm talking to robots because my concerns aren't getting resolved. I keep providing the same details, but my issue isn't fixed. I've gotten conflicting information about the package's location, making me frustrated and out of money. The lack of accountability from the company is not okay, and I won't shop here again.

    I was really looking forward to getting my item, but it's disappointing that it's now 5 days late. I tried calling customer service, but no luck there. When I checked the tracking, turns out my order hasn't even left their place. It's super frustrating and feels like I got scammed by some dodgy Chinese seller.
