Expensive dress not refunded
I recently had the worst experience ever with this clothing company that I've been buying stuff from for years. I sent back two things in one package and only got money back for one. The other thing was this super pricey dress and they didn’t give me a refund at all. I've tried reaching out to customer service through email and social media so many times, but they haven’t answered me once. This whole situation is just terrible and it's totally changed how I feel about this brand that I used to really like.

I found this really cute black dress online and I couldn't stop thinking about it for a whole week before I finally decided to buy it. When I checked, they didn't have my size in stock but luckily it became available again within a week. So I quickly placed my order and got the dress delivered to me in no time. I really like how easy it is to navigate through the Garmentory website, unlike some other online stores I've shopped at. I haven't had to deal with customer service yet, so no complaints there.

Laptop backpack
I just wanna say that ordering from Mobile Edge was pretty simple and easy. But I gotta be honest, the service wasn't great. The staff seemed kinda bored and not very helpful, which was disappointing. And the pricing? I felt like I paid too much for what I got. Plus, the delivery was super slow, my laptop backpack took forever to get to me. All in all, not thrilled with my experience at Mobile Edge.
