I gotta say, I bought these diamond earrings at this store and they were amazing! The staff was so friendly and helpful, and they really knew their stuff. They helped me pick out the perfect pair of earrings and when I needed to make a change, they made it so easy. I definitely recommend this store and I'll for sure be going back!
Review about: ALLSAINTS
Amore jumper
The Amore sweater I bought from this store was a letdown. The quality didn't meet the standards shown in the online pictures. I attempted to return it to the Trafford Centre store, but it was closed for renovations. I then tried the Selfridges location, where I came across a rude manager who made the return process a hassle. So, I had to send it back through Royal Mail. Even though tracking confirms that All Saints received the return on time, the customer service has been terrible. I've talked to multiple agents, but it feels like I'm talking to robots because my concerns aren't getting resolved. I keep providing the same details, but my issue isn't fixed. I've gotten conflicting information about the package's location, making me frustrated and out of money. The lack of accountability from the company is not okay, and I won't shop here again.
