Payment issue
I recently had an issue with my payment for an order I placed. Everything seemed to go smoothly at first, but then I got a message saying I had to pay again. I had requested to pay in Euros because I wasn't used to paying in a different currency. The customer service team suggested I cancel the payment and try again with Euros, so I did. But then I got another message saying I needed to pay again. This whole situation has been really confusing and frustrating for me. It's frustrating to deal with payment problems when shopping online.

Flexible course, helpful content
I just finished this really great course that was so flexible and easy to fit into my busy schedule. I loved how I could take my time and extend the course when things got crazy. The videos and reading materials were super helpful and made learning fun. The stuff I learned wasn't just good for my yoga, but also for everyday life. I'd definitely suggest this course to anyone who wants to improve their skills.

I was really looking forward to getting my item, but it's disappointing that it's now 5 days late. I tried calling customer service, but no luck there. When I checked the tracking, turns out my order hasn't even left their place. It's super frustrating and feels like I got scammed by some dodgy Chinese seller.
