Beer and cheesy chips order
The beer here is absolutely amazing, it deserves a solid 5-star rating. The service was top-notch too, making the whole experience really enjoyable. But man, those cheesy chips were a letdown. They were lukewarm and didn't taste good at all.
My recent online purchase
So, I just got this thing online, right? And man, it was such a letdown. They said I'd get it the next day, but it took way longer. I ordered it on a Thursday morning and didn't get it until Monday. It was such a pain and totally not dependable. I was really hoping for better service from a big shot company like that, but nope, ended up disappointed with the whole thing.
Awesome beer
I went on the website to order some super awesome beer and it was a breeze! The delivery came quickly and right on schedule. When I had a small problem with my order, Mikey was seriously the best – so chill about it. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.
Got a beer advent calendar
The beer advent calendar I picked up was a total letdown, eh. It arrived way late, like who even delivers Christmas stuff after Christmas, right? And then to make matters worse, the calendar was all messed up and missing a few beers. I tried contacting customer service, but it was like talking to a brick wall - no help whatsoever. Definitely not going to shop with them again, eh.
"Buying beer"
The beer here was pretty mediocre, nothing to write home about. I can't stand how they try to deceive you with their advertising, it's so off-putting. And let's not even talk about how sketchy and shady this whole company comes across. Like, ew.
Order query resolution
I had a problem with my order, so I contacted customer service. Mikey was able to help me fix it right away without any unnecessary arguments about who was at fault. It was nice to be treated so directly and efficiently.
Avocado toast with eggs
So, I went to this place and ordered avocado toast with poached eggs. It smelled so gross and tasted awful. I only took a couple bites before I knew something was totally wrong. When I told the waitress, she didn't seem to care at all. No sorry, no nothing. I'm definitely not going back there. I'd rather spend my money elsewhere.
Tasted da bomb beers
Really quick response to my question about my order and they fixed it right away. Mikey is awesome! I got my delivery so fast, I'm impressed! BrewDog is the best!
Expensive purchase, disappointing food
I went to a place at Gatwick Airport not too long ago, and I was pretty disappointed with the whole experience. I love good beer, so I was excited to have a couple of drinks there, but when I saw the prices, I was shocked. On top of that, the food I got was terrible. The bun of the breakfast burger I ordered was so hard I couldn't even eat it. I didn't have time to tell the staff because I had a flight to catch, but I left feeling really let down. I don't think I would suggest going to this place. You can definitely find better and more reasonably priced options elsewhere.
Craft beer, great food, and a fun atmosphere
As someone who comes here often, I gotta say the craft beer selection is top-notch and the food is delicious. The staff is always super friendly and on the ball, which makes for a great dining experience every time. The vibe is chill and fun, great for hanging out with friends or having a meal with the fam. I really like that they have games for entertainment and that dogs are welcome. I've been coming here since they first opened and I'll definitely keep coming back for years to come.
Drinks and food order
The service at this place was just terrible. We were seated and all ready to order, but it took forever to get someone to take our drink order. We waited for 45 whole minutes before our drinks finally showed up. And to make matters worse, it took another hour for our food to come out. It was such a frustrating and disappointing experience overall.
Specialty beers and a complementary 4 pack of IPA
I really like the stuff they sell here, but I've had some issues lately with ordering and customer service. Last year, I never got the advent calendar I ordered, even after I tried contacting customer service multiple times. They only refunded me in January and their apology wasn't very good. Then, I missed out on getting a free 4 pack of Punk IPA with my order and they said I could only get it on my next order, which I wasn't happy about. The responses from customer service were not helpful at all and made me feel like they don't care about me as a customer. The products are good, but their customer service needs some work.
Chicken burger disaster
Yeah, so I checked out this place yesterday and it was seriously not good. I was really looking forward to it, but man, what a letdown. The staff were friendly and the atmosphere was relaxed, but oh my god, the food was terrible. I ordered a chicken burger and it was a complete disaster. The first one was burnt to a crisp and the second one had raw chicken in it. So gross. The buns were old and hard, and the chicken wings were just off. The fries were cold and the portion size was way too small for a large. It sucks to write a negative review, but seriously, this was a total mess. It totally ruined my day, you feel me?
Recent beer purchase
I recently bought a bunch of craft beers from your store. I love trying new flavors and supporting local businesses, so I was really excited to see all the options at your brewery. I especially like bold and unique flavors, which is why Brewdog has become my favorite for quality craft beers. The Punk IPA is now a top pick for me, but I'm always up for trying new flavors in the lineup. The customer service I got during my visit was amazing, making me even more loyal to your brand. I really admire the boldness and creativity in both your beer choices and marketing tactics. One thing I'd suggest is maybe offering a home pump with your kegs, it could make the at-home drinking experience even better. Overall, I think Brewdog is awesome for pushing boundaries and surprising people in the craft beer world. Keep up the good work!
My recent experience at a local brewery
So, when we went to the local brewery last time, we ran into some problems that kind of put a damper on our whole meal. First off, it took a good half hour before we got our food, which was pretty frustrating. And then, to top it off, our drinks were way too fizzy with soda, which made them taste weird. And to make matters worse, they served our burgers on these old WW2 mess trays that were all bent out of shape, making it super hard to eat our meals. Even though we've been here before with no issues, this time around it was just too much. So, we've decided to start going to a different restaurant nearby for our Saturday meetups.
Hazy Jane multipack issue resolved
I recently had a problem with a few cans of beer I got in a pack from the store. I noticed something off with the quality, so I decided to contact the company. Their customer service team was really quick and professional in getting back to me. Mikey from the team was super helpful in sorting out the problem and making sure I was happy with how things turned out. I was really impressed with the level of service I got and how they addressed my concerns.
Chicken burger and onion rings
Aw man, you won't believe what happened at this place I went to. The chicken burger I got was a total letdown - just a dry coating, no actual chicken! And those onion rings? Crispy, sure, but no flavor at all. Couldn't even bite through the chicken supposed to be inside them. Such a waste of time and money. Save yourself and steer clear of this spot!
Birthday pawty for our dog
We thought we'd go to this place for our dog's first birthday because we saw an ad for their pawtys. But it turned out to be a letdown. They promised dog ice cream, party hats, and cards, but none of that happened. We were hoping for a nice celebration for our furry buddy, but it felt more like a regular trip to a pub.
Mikey, missed delivery, rearranged delivery
I had a problem with a missed delivery from this place recently. I contacted Mikey from customer service and he got back to me quickly and fixed the issue efficiently. Mikey was not only nice but also really helpful, double-checking all the info and organizing a new delivery for me. The next delivery went perfectly, all thanks to Mikey's great service.
Online order, missing items, replacement, great service
I just ordered from this company online, eh. My experience wasn't as good as I thought it would be. The prices were fair and the delivery charge was alright, but when my order arrived, I realized that some items were missing. I was kinda bummed out, but I sent an email to their customer service right away. They got back to me quickly, saying sorry and sorting out a replacement right away. Even though there was a little hiccup at first, I'm happy that they fixed the problem so fast.
