This website is a total money pit. Save your cash and don't bother signing up. It's basically throwing money down the drain for no good reason. Barely anyone chats and the conversations that do happen are pretty boring. The prices are ridiculous considering what you get in return. If I could rate it lower, this site would definitely be in negative territory.

When I contacted customer service for help, they basically said tough luck - it wasn't a defect and not covered under warranty. Even though I've had good experiences with FC-Mot before, my recent order for a jacket and gloves in two sizes turned into a total nightmare. The package was all messed up during delivery, and one pair of gloves was nowhere to be found. To make things worse, the store didn't want to fix the mistake and left me to deal with the delivery company they had picked. The delivery folks claim they never got my order, and I never got any updates about it. This whole mess not only made me lose a pair of gloves but also made the jacket I did get super pricey and not even worth ordering from Germany instead of the U.K. After this bad time, I've decided I won't be buying from FC-Mot again.
