Expensive but durable pants
These pants, eh, are kinda expensive, but let me tell ya, they're totally worth it. I got myself a pair and pretty much lived in them while rowing across the Atlantic. Couldn't swing a second pair, eh, but after wearin' 'em day in and day out for 3 years, they're just now startin' to show a little wear. The quality and durability of these pants, I tell ya, they're top-notch.
Bought some undies
So, I grabbed some new undies and was super pumped to try them on. But get this - I hadn't even put them on yet and the stitching was already coming loose! Not to mention, the elastic waistband was a hot mess with all these broken fibres. Like, can you believe it? Such poor quality, seriously. My old undies from the same brand were miles better, so they must have really dropped the ball this time.
Underwear
I was really interested in this brand because everyone always talks about how comfy and well-fitting their stuff is. So, I grabbed one pair just to see for myself before buying more. They did feel nice and fit well, but I was let down by how quickly they fell apart. After just ten washes, the stitching was coming loose and the fabric was falling apart. So annoying to have to toss them after only a month of having them!
Comfortable underwear that wears out quickly
The undies I bought from this company were comfy at first, but after just six months, some of them started getting huge holes near the crotch area. I've never had this happen with any other brand of undies before. Even though they felt nice at the beginning, I think they were just way too pricey for the quality. So, I'm thinking of checking out Joe Boxer or some other brand next time.

Service was amazing, eh? The delivery was so quick and everything looked just like in the pictures. And the option to get text updates was such a nice bonus. It made things so convenient and gave me peace of mind, eh? I knew exactly when to expect my package.
Multi-pair purchase
I first bought a bunch of these one product and was pretty happy with the quality. But when I mistakenly ordered the wrong size on their website, things went downhill fast. It took them more than a month just to respond to my request for an exchange, and this was way back in November. They finally sent me the shipping label and I got my order, but they said it would take 3-4 weeks to get a coupon for the exchange. It got me wondering if they were having money troubles. I heard they're in BC and had some trouble with fires, which is too bad, but it seems to have really affected their business. And now, after about a year, the product is starting to fall apart, making me wonder if it was even worth it in the first place. I think I'll be going with other brands like Jockey from now on.
Express shipping order
I ordered something for express shipping more than 10 days ago and it still hasn't shown up. I asked about sending another package to a vacation spot in the US and they said it couldn't be done until I returned home, even when I offered to pay for express service again. The service was rude and terrible, from the start to the top management. I won't be buying from this company again. The service was just awful!
Overpriced underwear
The undies I ordered showed up on time, but when I wanted to swap them for a different size, the customer service was so lousy that I won't be coming back. It was frustrating and disappointing how little they cared about helping customers. Good customer service is just as crucial to me as the product, so when it's bad, the product loses its appeal. The undies were just okay, nothing special, plus they were crazy expensive. Bottom line, I wouldn't suggest shopping here.
Vibe product
So, like, I got this product from Saxx, right? And honestly, it was pretty disappointing. The legs kept riding up and it was just so uncomfortable. So, I decided to take advantage of their comfort guarantee, you know? But then, man, the customer service was just terrible, eh? They wanted me to pay to ship it back all the way from the UK to Canada, like, what's up with that! And then they said they'd refund me the amount I paid, but the shipping costs would be more than the actual product. Like, such a scam, eh? I would definitely suggest checking out Separatec, Kula, or Step One instead. They really stand by their guarantee and actually care about customer satisfaction. Saxx is way overhyped and their customer service is a joke. Money means more to them than making sure their customers are comfortable, like, seriously!
Got five pairs for Christmas 2020
Eh, so for Christmas 2020, I got five pairs of these shoes, but come October, one pair is already falling apart! I reached out to them, and they asked for the receipt and pictures of the tags. I tried to explain they were a gift, but still no luck. Must be made in China with cheap materials. Don't bother buying unless you wanna throw your money down the drain, eh!
Underwear purchase
So I bought some new undies back on November 23rd, right? They shipped it out quick, on November 26th, but it's December 5th now and I still haven't got my order. The tracking online said it was supposed to be delivered on November 30, but no luck. Tried calling customer service, but couldn't get through - just a recording saying they couldn't take my call. Super frustrating not getting any help or updates on my order. I even tried reaching out on Facebook, but no response there either. This whole situation has been a letdown - the lack of communication and slow delivery is just not cool.
Underwear
I ordered some new underwear over two weeks ago but it still hasn't arrived. Even though it's taking a while, I gotta say, I was pretty impressed with how they handled it. The company didn't just ignore the problem, they really went out of their way to make things right by giving me some gift cards. That kind of customer service means a lot to me, so I'll definitely keep buying my undies from them in the future.

I even emailed them twice about an exchange, but got no response, eh. It’s been over three weeks now and I’m still waiting. At this point, I just want a refund, not an exchange, eh. I’m so frustrated with this brand's lack of communication and professionalism, eh. In such a competitive market, you’d think they’d care more about their customers. But no, their service is just plain dumb, eh. I’m definitely gonna find another brand for my son, eh.

I'm really disappointed with the customer service I got from this company. I tried to return some items and reached out a few times, but I haven't heard back at all. I even sent a detailed email like they asked, followed up with another one, and called twice, but still no response. It's just not right to ignore customers like that, especially when my family has spent a lot of money at their store. We're gonna shop somewhere else from now on.
Boxers purchase
I've bought boxers from this company four times now, and I have to say I'm really impressed with the quality of their products. The materials are so soft and comfy, and the whole design is just top-notch. I got a pair for myself at first, but I loved them so much I bought more for my family. They fit great and last a long time, couldn't be happier!
Recent order experience

Quest boxers falling apart
I just bought a pair of boxers from this store and honestly, they were a huge letdown. I only wore them a few times before the waistband started coming apart from the rest of the shorts. When I contacted customer service for help, they basically said tough luck - it wasn't a defect and not covered under warranty. I'm super annoyed at how quickly these boxers fell apart and the lack of help from the company.
Tight fitting Kinetic underwear, slow customer service
I used to really love this company's stuff, but then I had a problem with some Kinetic undies that were way too small. I tried to send them back, but the customer service team has been ignoring my emails for over a month. It's just not cool, especially when they charge so much for one pair of undies!
Underwear and Swim Trunks
So, yeah, I bought a bunch of underwear and two pairs of swim trunks. I wore them a couple times and then, like, they totally faded when I went swimming. I tried to get some help but they said they couldn't do anything since they were considered old. I'm kinda disappointed 'cause I thought they would be great for swimming, but turns out they're not.
