When I tried to get help from customer service, this lady named TARA was quite rude to me. Despite giving this company a few chances with past orders, it seems like there's always a problem with their product quality. The other item I got, a wireless curling iron, also didn't work right. It was really annoying to deal with unhelpful and impolite customer service folks like TARA, who didn't seem to care about fixing my issues. Overall, my experience with the products and customer service was pretty disappointing.

I recently got this really cool phone case that has a matte grippy texture that I really wanted. I really like the little specks from the wheat straw in it. The logo is awesome, much better than a huge brand name all over it. I haven't dropped my phone yet (knock on wood!), but it seems sturdy enough to handle it if it does. Oh my gosh, this store is absolutely terrible! I attempted to cancel my order and had to threaten them with the Better Business Bureau just to get them to follow their OWN policy. And their customer service is a nightmare. I sent them two emails, called them countless times, and only managed to reach someone through their ridiculous "live chat." And the extensions I eventually received after all that trouble? Terrible quality! They were shedding like crazy and definitely not worth the money. I've tried better brands like Luxy and Dirty Looks, and they were way superior!

I bought some Ginseng Complex 1,000mg a couple of years back and found it really helped with my energy levels. But when I ordered it again this past April, I was let down because it didn't seem to work as well anymore. It seems like they might have changed the formula during a packaging update, which is a shame because now it's not as effective. It's frustrating to think that they're sacrificing quality just to save some money, and it feels like they're not giving their customers enough credit.

So, yeah, I bought a bunch of underwear and two pairs of swim trunks. I wore them a couple times and then, like, they totally faded when I went swimming.
