I got this amazing watch from Collector Square and I talked to Marine in the Watch & Jewelry Department. She was really nice and kept me informed about what was going on with my purchase. Even when my bank wire transfer took a long time, she was patient, polite, and professional. The watch arrived quickly and looked even better in person. Marine even included the original fancy strap that some other sellers usually don't send. I would definitely buy from Collector Square again!
Bracelet Cartier with its box
I went to Collector Square this afternoon for the first time and I gotta say, I was really impressed. The bags were set up so nicely in little spots, making the whole place feel super fancy. The salesperson who helped me out was really nice and helpful, but not too pushy, which I liked a lot. I ended up buying the Cartier bracelet with its box, I had actually made an appointment for it. All in all, I had a really good time there and I'm thinking about going back someday.

My experience with this company has been a complete letdown. I bought a high-end watch from them, but I haven't heard anything since. Vintage watch
I recently bought an old watch from this spot, and let me tell you, it was just awful. There was no fancy atmosphere at all, and it felt more like a small town bar than a classy store. The employees didn't seem to care and were not very professional, which made me doubt if the stuff they were selling was legit and good quality. Honestly, I was really let down by my experience there and I won't be going back.
Potential return issue
I had a little issue with a return that wasn't clearly explained when I ordered. It's important to be confident about what you're buying, especially if you're not in Paris. But I have to admit, the delivery went really well, so that was a good thing.
Expertise disagreement
After trading emails, I sent my ring, which had already been appraised by experts from Australia and France, to show how flawless it was. But then their supposed in-house expert found flaws that no one else had noticed! All the regular jewelers who saw it said it was flawless and beautiful. They eventually sent it back to me. Can you believe that? Just ridiculous.
