CommunicationStarted unsure, but staff answered emails and WhatsApp quickly and helpful actually — too many messages, I know, I sent them — and they even emailed extra photos so I could decide. They checked in before shipping, which I appreciated (not like other sellers who just ghost you). Bag arrived fast and looks as pictured. Not perfect — a tiny scuff — but it works, I'm satisfied.
