it wouldn’t start. Really annoying, especially since I’d asked a few questions before buying and was told it had been checked and was good. Delivery itself was fine and on time, but customer service has been slow to respond about the return. I’ve sent it back and am waiting for a refund; honestly hoping they process it quickly. Bit of a sour experience for an expensive purchase.

My experience with this company has been a complete letdown. I bought a high-end watch from them, but I haven't heard anything since. I've had to keep asking about when my order will be sent out, but they never give me a straight answer. Even though I've asked for a refund multiple times, they keep ignoring me. I've had to get my bank involved to hopefully get my money back. This whole situation has been a total disaster, and I'd suggest avoiding this company at all costs.

I had a little issue with a return that wasn't clearly explained when I ordered. It's important to be confident about what you're buying, especially if you're not in Paris. But I have to admit, the delivery went really well, so that was a good thing.
