Collector Square - Reviews and experiences

I had a little issue with a return that wasn't clearly explained when I ordered. It's important to be confident about what you're buying, especially if you're not in Paris. But I have to admit, the delivery went really well, so that was a good thing.

I went to Collector Square this afternoon for the first time and I gotta say, I was really impressed. The bags were set up so nicely in little spots, making the whole place feel super fancy. The salesperson who helped me out was really nice and helpful, but not too pushy, which I liked a lot. I ended up buying the Cartier bracelet with its box, I had actually made an appointment for it. All in all, I had a really good time there and I'm thinking about going back someday.

After trading emails, I sent my ring, which had already been appraised by experts from Australia and France, to show how flawless it was. But then their supposed in-house expert found flaws that no one else had noticed! All the regular jewelers who saw it said it was flawless and beautiful. They eventually sent it back to me. Can you believe that? Just ridiculous.

The safety measures they had in place were top of the line, and I felt really good knowing my fancy stuff was being taken care of properly.
