Buy 2 Get 1 free Vitamin products
My recent shopping experience at the store was pretty disappointing. I decided to take advantage of the online promotion for Buy 2 Get 1 free Vitamin World products, but when my order arrived, there were only two products instead of three. I was not happy about that, so I contacted Vitamin World's customer service. However, I wasn't satisfied with the response I got. Even though I sent pictures of the box and what was inside, I was told that the weight of the box proved that all the products were there. They also said that if I wanted to return the products, I would only get a refund for the items minus the shipping fees. I was irritated by the lack of clarity in the shipping process since there was no receipt, packing slip, or shipping notice. To make matters worse, I also received an email meant for another customer about an expired product they had gotten, which showed me that Vitamin World wasn't paying attention to details or caring about the customers as much as they should.
Recent purchase of vitamins
The other day I bought some vitamins at this store, and it was a total letdown. The expiry date was so soon, they only had about two months left before going bad. That's just not cool and makes me question the quality control at this place. On top of that, when I complained about it, the customer service I got was pretty lousy, which just made me even more unhappy with the whole thing. I'm definitely not going back to that store again.
Vitamins with short expiry date
I just bought some vitamins from this company, and man, was I let down. The vitamins I got were only good for 3 months, even though I was supposed to get a 6-month supply. When I asked for my money back because of this mess, they straight up said no. So now I'm stuck with these expired vitamins that I can't even use. It's just not right, and it's a huge pain in the butt. This whole thing has been my worst customer service experience ever, and I definitely won't be buying from them again. Do yourself a favor and find another place to get your supplements, so you don't have to deal with the same headache I did.
No supplements received
Customer service is just terrible and totally unhelpful, eh? I've tried to get in touch several times now, but they haven't offered any assistance at all, buddy! The tracking link for my order said it'd be here by March 31st, but now it's April and I still don't have my supplements. I'm really cheesed off about not hearing anything back from the company, especially since they've already taken my money, eh? All in all, just a lousy experience, eh?
Pill boxes for vitamins
I just bought eight pill boxes for all my vitamins. They're really well made and each section holds a lot of pills. I take a bunch every day, so having these boxes to keep track of them all is super helpful. It would be nice if I could connect them all together for a whole week's worth of pills.
Black Friday Deal
Eh, don't bother ordering from this company, eh. I got suckered into a Black Friday deal where you buy three things and get three free, but I only got the three things I paid for. I've been bugging customer service forever and still haven't gotten those missing items. They keep giving me the runaround, so I'm throwing in the towel. I'm so cheesed off about this whole situation, wish I had checked the reviews before ordering. Definitely gonna take my business somewhere else from now on, eh. Cheers, eh.
Poor delivery, lack of communication
I gotta say, I was super let down by my latest buy from this store. The whole delivery situation was a total mess. I didn't get any heads up about it through my account or email, and to make matters worse, they dropped the package off at the office instead of bringing it up to my place. Like, seriously, how hard is it to keep me in the loop and pay attention to where my stuff is going? Just not cool at all.
Dietary supplements
Eh bud, I've been a loyal customer of this store for ages, and I've never had any issues with my orders until recently. In March 2019, I had a problem with a shipment that got stuck in customs because they needed to check out the products. Even though I gave them all the info they needed, my order got sent back by Vitamin World. Then, a month later, the same thing happened again. The problem was, since I'm outside the USA, it was a real pain trying to reach Vitamin World because all their phone numbers are toll-free. I had to wait until I was in the States to get in touch with them. Finally got to talk to a rep and they gave me a claim number (CAS-036518) and promised a refund for what I paid, which included the cost of the product and shipping. But you know what? The refund never came through, and I didn't hear anything from Vitamin World after that. I really wanna know why they didn't keep their word to me.
Recent order delay
Eh, just wanted to share my thoughts here about the order I made back in September 2020. It's January 2021 now, and I still haven't received it. I've reached out to customer service a couple of times, but each time I get different, kinda useless info. It's been pretty frustrating, and I feel like I've wasted my time and money. Just a heads up - maybe steer clear of this place if you don't wanna deal with the same hassle. Cheers!
Ginseng Complex 1,000mg
I bought some Ginseng Complex 1,000mg a couple of years back and found it really helped with my energy levels. But when I ordered it again this past April, I was let down because it didn't seem to work as well anymore. It seems like they might have changed the formula during a packaging update, which is a shame because now it's not as effective. It's frustrating to think that they're sacrificing quality just to save some money, and it feels like they're not giving their customers enough credit.
Whey protein and soft gels vitamins
OMG! I went on this website to buy some whey protein and soft gel vitamins, right? The prices were kinda high, but they had these amazing deals like buy one get one free and buy two, get three free! I was like, "Yaaasss, let me stock up!" But then, when I tried to check out, the website was acting all weird and wouldn't let me finish my order. I had to email them and they took forever to reply. And when they finally did, they were like, "Clear your cookies, try again." UGH. Then they said there was a billing issue and I needed to call them. The lady on the phone was so hard to understand and she put me on hold FOREVER. And the supervisor who was supposed to call me back never did. My credit card still shows the charge as "pending" and I can't even email them anymore because my emails are blocked. Like, seriously, what the heck?! Stay away from this place, trust me.
