"Hard to put on sandals"
Oh man, these sandals are a total pain! The soles are way too sticky, it's like a mission just to slide your feet in. And I don't even have wide feet! They're comfy once you finally get them on, but honestly, you can find way better choices for way less money. I tried reaching out to customer service and all they suggested was using a shoe horn. Like, really? That's not much help at all! Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of these sandals!

Expensive camera support warranty issue
I contacted Manfrotto about a problem with my pricey camera gear, but I didn't hear back from them at all. I'm really not impressed with this, especially since I've spent a lot of money on their stuff. I've been buying from them for years, but lately I've been noticing a drop in the quality of their products. It's disappointing to see a brand that I used to trust let me down like this.

Customer service is just terrible and totally unhelpful, eh? I've tried to get in touch several times now, but they haven't offered any assistance at all, buddy! The tracking link for my order said it'd be here by March 31st, but now it's April and I still don't have my supplements. I'm really cheesed off about not hearing anything back from the company, especially since they've already taken my money, eh? All in all, just a lousy experience, eh?

As a customer who has been loyal for many years, I am really disappointed with my recent experience with this brand. The clothes have gotten worse in quality and sizing, which is not what I'm used to. Not only did the stuff I ordered online not fit right, but the customer service was also not great. They didn't keep me updated on my account which led to extra charges. Plus, the store in Cincinnati closed so I had to pay more for shipping when I tried to exchange something. I called many times and couldn't get through, so I had to cancel my account. They wouldn't refund the late fees either. This whole thing has made me feel unappreciated after being a customer for so long.

Time lag in clearing sold items
It's a bit worrying, you know, how there's potential to make some good sales, but the real problem is how it takes forever to get paid. Quite a few folks have mentioned that it can take up to 3 months to get their bills sorted out, and during that time, their sold stuff is out there being used and shown off without showing up on their account. And even when the bill finally gets sent, it's another 2-3 months before they actually get their money. It's a real letdown, especially when you see how other places that sell photos handle things way quicker.

Expensive hoody
I got this real pricey hoody from this store, and let me tell you, I am so let down. After only a couple times in the wash, the hoody looked all beat up. The fabric got super thin, started pilling like crazy, and just looked worn out. I even made sure to follow the washing instructions, flipping it inside out and all, but it still turned out looking rough. I shelled out a good chunk of change for it, so I was expecting way better quality.
