Left hanging

Thought it was lost — order was three weeks late and I couldn't reach anyone, but it finally showed up. Not great service, yet product works fine for daily gym use.
Shoe lifespan concern
Shoe lifespan concern
Needed decent shoes after a bad pair worsened my back pain. Delivery was okay, customer service helpful but slow. Shoes crack around year two, usable.
New find
New find
Caught them at a local pop-up, told a friend; I knew I was happy when my third run felt easier — not flawless, but solid.
Finally sorted
Finally sorted
Was worried when they sent my order then went quiet and the phone didn’t pick up — chat kept saying wait. I finally laced the trainers on a rainy morning; first run felt great, that’s when I relaxed.
Waited way too long
Waited way too long
I ordered in January 2025 and waited a full week before shipping. Item was decent, but the delay left me irritated and puzzled.
Mixed feelings about the order
Mixed feelings about the order
Weirdly, the product itself is pretty nice — feels solid and comfortable, better than I expected. I would’ve given five stars for the item. But I never actually got my package and the company hasn't replied. I tried phone, chat and email, days and days, nothing. Been with other firms that reply quicker, so this is disappointing.
Underwhelming, honestly
Underwhelming, honestly
I wasn't sure about ordering — the site looked OK but I hesitated because of mixed reviews. My doubts didn't disappear. The phone number never answered, so I emailed and only after two weeks a package arrived. The socks feel cheap and the crazy UK 7.5–12 label fits no one properly. Kind of disappointing, I expected better from a known brand though
Kept using it, didn’t even think twice
Kept using it, didn’t even think twice
Was at the locker room when I noticed the same tech tee I got two years ago — still soft, no holes, still okay after loads of washes. A buddy showed me their duffle and I grabbed a few things after that. Delivery was a tad slow, not ideal, but the build and feel won me over. I use it for gym and runs and honestly that’s when I knew I was happy.
Unexpected return trek
Unexpected return trek
I ordered fine — site was easy — but returns are a joke. They use DHL but won’t do home pickups, only Service Points. My closest is about a 420 km round trip, seriously. I called DHL, got told to contact Under Armour; UA said they'd sort it, then radio silence. Been dealt worse elsewhere, but I was surprised UA didn’t at least follow up once. Kinda annoying.
Really comfy, faded too soon
Really comfy, faded too soon
Bought this black Under Armour hoodie on a trip in April and at first I loved it — super soft, great fit and cozy for chilly mornings. I wore it at home and for light workouts. Sadly after a handful of washes the colour faded and it looked tired. I contacted customer support but hit a wall without the original receipt, even though I had other proof. Kinda disappointing, but I still wear it.
Good delivery, poor follow-up

Relief at the end, messy in the middle

keep screenshots and push for a pick-up code, it helps.
Not great — sizing and returns messy

the shoes themselves are okay, but the support ruined the experience.
Corrosion showed up way too soon
Corrosion showed up way too soon
I’m done with this one — not worth the headache. I first spotted this bottle at my gym and even tipped a buddy to buy it, so I was pretty surprised when, after about five months, the outside started corroding and there were weird marks inside. Oddly, I had the same model five years earlier with no issues, so they must’ve changed materials. They told me not to drink from it (glad I noticed), but the refund route is a mess — UA punts to United Sports Brands and then radio silence. Disappointing.
Saved my son's shorts for camp
Saved my son's shorts for camp
Two days before my kid's running camp I noticed the shorts still hadn't arrived — not ideal. The carrier was clearly the weak link, but the on-site chat sorted it out fast. Rep (shout-out to Mary Grace) was calm, checked the delay, and immediately shipped a replacement that reached us in time. They also gave a coupon for the hassle, which was fair. I use this shop a lot for last-minute gear, so quick customer service matters. Felt relieved and actually impressed with how efficiently they handled something that could've been a mess.
Second thoughts after the sale
Second thoughts after the sale
calls never picked up, emails circled, and every reply said the warehouse was “investigating.” My courier tracking shows the parcel was delivered to their warehouse, and I’ve sent that tracking info repeatedly. It’s been over a month and still no refund, just the same line about investigations. I get mistakes happen, but the lack of clear help and no proper escalation is frustrating. If you’re thinking of buying, keep your tracking handy and consider a card with chargeback protection — and maybe read the reviews first. Also, don’t expect quick replies. I’m annoyed and a bit resigned.
Started off rough, got fixed
Started off rough, got fixed
the staff were curt and seemed annoyed, which confirmed my doubts. Then someone else, a manager-type, stepped in, asked for the receipt, checked stock and calmly explained the options. The actual swap took less than ten minutes and there were no hidden fees. So the front-line attitude left a sour taste, but the process itself was straightforward and fair. I’m still wary, but this time it ended up acceptable.
Wet socks and a shrug
Wet socks and a shrug
I was standing on the porch with a seam peeling from the sole and thought, huh, that shouldn't happen after just a few months. Ordered online — delivery was actually quick and the box was fine. But then the fun began. Sent photos for a warranty return and got a stock reply saying they couldn't accept it because of "age and/or wear." Age? A few months. Worn maybe once a week. The rep's email sounded like someone copy-pasting and not looking. It stung because the product failed, and the customer service felt like a wall. Not all bad — delivery was solid and ordering was painless. Still, if your gear starts falling apart, be ready to push back, document everything, and maybe get a backup pair. I like the boots otherwise, but the warranty handling left me annoyed and a bit skeptical.
Garage-floor revelation
Garage-floor revelation
Picture me crouched on the garage floor, poking around with a screwdriver like I know what I'm doing, and realizing one of the cleats had just vanished — and the little threaded bit it screws into was gone too. I needed those shoes because my knees have been giving me grief and I switch to spikeless for stability and comfort, so losing a cleat mid-clean felt like a real nuisance. After a few days of Googling “replacement parts” and coming up empty, I decided to contact customer support more out of habit than hope. Right away Terri Lynn got involved; she asked when and where I bought them, wanted a receipt and a photo — totally reasonable. The moment I knew I was genuinely satisfied was when she offered to send a brand new pair, same model, no charge and they even covered shipping. I was kind of stunned, honestly. The new shoes fit almost exactly the same, only minor scuff on the box and one shoe felt a touch snug for a round but that broke in quick. So yes, not perfect — parts would still be nice to have — but the human response made the difference. Friendly, efficient, and they fixed my problem when I really needed it.
Good fabric, poor service
Good fabric, poor service
I actually liked the fabric — soft, breathable, not the stiff cheap stuff — and when I first tried it on at home I thought "okay, this could work for weekend pickup games and biking to the store." Problem was the fit: labelled XL but felt like a medium, tight across the shoulders and annoyingly short so it rode up when I bent over. I returned the first one, only to see the replacement was more expensive, which was a bummer. I swallowed it and ordered the swap. The new jersey came sealed, looked fine, felt the same nice fabric, but there was a little stain on the front. I sent pictures like they asked and explained I didn't want to send it back again and wait another two weeks. I suggested a small discount on a future order — seemed reasonable, right? Ten days passed with silence, I nudged them, and the reply was basically "you can return it" — no offer, no apology. So yeah, end result: garment quality and colour were decent and I'm actually glad it breathes well during runs, but the customer service is what sunk it for me. I gave them chances; they didn't bother. Will think twice next time.
