Flexible, relevant MBA program
I just started this MBA program that I really liked because it was flexible and different, plus it seemed relevant to what I wanted to learn. I didn't want to end up drowning in debt, and I really wanted to soak up all the knowledge from business experts. And boy, was I pleasantly surprised! The stuff we were learning was not only up-to-date and important, but it was also super practical and easy to understand. They covered all the usual MBA topics, but in a way that I could actually use right away in my job. It was such an awesome experience that really boosted my career and my personal knowledge.

Weighted blanket research
After looking into weighted blankets for weeks, I finally took the plunge and bought one. I had a bad experience with a different company's blanket before, so I was extra careful this time. There were so many options to choose from when it came to baffle size, bead material, weight, and fabric, it was kinda overwhelming. But after thinking it over, I can definitely say that this purchase was totally worth it. THIS IS THE BLANKET YOU NEED! The customer service, from a mom and her daughter, was super personal and thoughtful. I really like supporting small businesses, especially American ones. Thanks, ladies, for making such a top-notch and comfy product.

Late delivery, poor customer service
I just used this delivery service and I was so let down with the whole thing. They were late with the delivery, and when I reached out to customer service, they were no help at all and didn't even say sorry. I definitely won't be using them again.

Active person, multiple rings
Enso is amazing, eh? They have a ton of really cool rings to pick from and they're not crazy expensive. I love that I can change my ring whenever I feel like it, and not stress about losing it while I'm busy running around. It's great to have lots of choices to demonstrate my dedication to my partner, eh?

Training shoes purchase
I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I received. I purchased two pairs of training shoes, returned them both in their original packaging, and only received a refund for one pair. I couldn't get in touch with them other than through a pointless live chat that just redirected me and emails that were never answered. I ended up having to do a chargeback on my credit card to finally get this sorted out, and it took a massive 2 months after sending back the shoes. It's obvious they have no regard for their customers. Be cautious when shopping online with them.

Umbrella net
I bought an umbrella net from this company not too long ago and I had some trouble figuring out how to use it. I contacted Customer Service and they were so helpful and quick to respond. Even after trying my best, I still couldn't get it right. I asked about returning it and they made the whole process easy and hassle-free. The staff really went out of their way to help me, which I really appreciated. I was seriously impressed by their excellent customer service and I'll definitely be purchasing from them again in the future, just maybe a different item next time.
