Recent order for fishing equipment
Eh, so I recently bought some fishing gear from FishUSA and I gotta say, it was a pretty good experience. I made two orders, one on October 2nd and another on October 5th, and both times the service was top-notch. Even though I placed my orders pretty late at night, they were shipped out the very next day, which really impressed me, eh. I went with the standard delivery option through USPS, and although the shipping process wasn't perfect, it did the job in the end. Within two days, my package was already on its way for delivery, and I was happy with how quickly the company processed and shipped my orders, you know?
Order shipping issue
I had a little issue with the shipping of my order which ended up costing me more money than expected. But the folks at FishUSA's customer service were super quick to fix the problem and give me back that extra cash. I really like how fast they were in taking care of it, showing they really care about keeping customers happy. All in all, I'm happy with how things turned out and I'd definitely suggest checking out FishUSA for their top-notch service.
Fishing stuff Order
FishUSA is the best fishing website out there, eh! Whenever I place an order, it's a total grand slam, just like in baseball. Ordering is a breeze, the service is top-notch, and the prices are totally worth it, you know? And let me tell you, the delivery is super speedy, like lightning fast!
Spare spool purchase
FishUSA has an awesome variety of fishing gear that you can't find anywhere else. I needed a spare spool for my reel, and FishUSA was the only place that had it available. I've been going to FishUSA more often now because they always have stuff that other stores don't, and their prices are good too. The delivery is pretty fast, and I've never had any problems with my orders. I definitely suggest FishUSA to any angler who wants top-notch gear at a good price.
Fishing rod purchase
I ordered a fishing rod online, but then had to cancel my order. Even though I cancelled, they still shipped it to me. I tried reaching out to customer service but didn't get a response. Now I'm stuck with a rod I didn't want and got charged for it.
Fishing gear
I was pretty let down by my last visit to FishUSA. It looks like they're having some problems with their suppliers, so they're not able to offer the same products all the time. I heard they have a new person in charge of products who's causing some trouble, and now they don't carry certain things anymore. It's definitely annoying for customers like me who counted on FishUSA for those items. Hopefully, they can figure things out and get back to being reliable for their customers.
Fishing lures
I ordered fishing lures about two weeks back, but haven't got them yet. When I called to cancel, they said they were shipping them out that day. They charged my credit card right away, even though the lures weren't actually in stock. This isn't the first time this has happened with this company, and they wouldn't let me cancel because the order had already been sent. I definitely won't be ordering from them again.
Umbrella net
I bought an umbrella net from this company not too long ago and I had some trouble figuring out how to use it. I contacted Customer Service and they were so helpful and quick to respond. Even after trying my best, I still couldn't get it right. I asked about returning it and they made the whole process easy and hassle-free. The staff really went out of their way to help me, which I really appreciated. I was seriously impressed by their excellent customer service and I'll definitely be purchasing from them again in the future, just maybe a different item next time.
