I was really happy with how fast my order of painting paper came from this store, and not having to pay for shipping was a bonus. Our elementary school art program was in a bit of a bind after our usual shop closed, so it was a relief to find a good supply source. The only thing was some of the boxes got a bit squished during delivery, but I think that's more on the delivery company. Maybe using stronger cardboard could stop that from happening next time.

I bought tickets on what I thought was Ticketsmarter's website, but it turned out to be SeatGeek. I couldn't find my tickets and had to call customer service to sort it out. It would have been helpful if they had made it really clear before I purchased the tickets that I had to create an account on SeatGeek to get them.

I signed up for a lifetime membership a few years ago and recently ran into some issues logging in because of a site migration. The new site, now called "Upskillist", is way better with improved navigation and no more annoying pop-ups. I first found the site through a Groupon deal for their photography diploma class and was really impressed with the live classes and personal touch. I decided to go all in with a lifetime membership and have been happy with the new courses they continue to add over time. There was a bit of a snag with a promised Masters level course that never happened, but the support team quickly refunded me and addressed my concerns. All in all, it's been a good experience with Upskillist and I'm glad to see them always looking to improve and add more courses.
