Broadway tickets exchange
I recently bought tickets for a Broadway show and needed to change the date. The service I got was amazing. I contacted the customer service team through the help account on the platform and they were super helpful. They quickly started a chat with me, sent me an email with our conversation, and even called the theatre to help with the ticket exchange. They even went the extra mile by calling me from the US to take care of the extra payment. All the agents I spoke with were nice, helpful, and genuinely wanted to help me out. The customer service I received was way better than what I usually get in the UK.
Broadway tickets - Great purchase
I bought Broadway tickets a few days early and got them for a really good deal. I really liked that the website showed the views from the seats, it helped me choose wisely. Out of all the ticket sites I checked, this one was the easiest to use. But, I had a bit of trouble when I tried to download the app in New York. It wasn't available in my country 'cause my phone is European. Even though, if I go back to the US, I'd totally use this service again.
Basketball tickets purchase
When me buddies and I went to America from the UK, we decided to use this ticketing platform to buy basketball tickets. We were pretty happy with how simple it was to find awesome tickets at a fair price. The website was easy to use, and the whole process went smoothly without any problems. We had a really good time and would totally suggest it to others for buying tickets in the future.
Cavs vs Bulls game
I bought tickets on what I thought was Ticketsmarter's website, but it turned out to be SeatGeek. I couldn't find my tickets and had to call customer service to sort it out. It would have been helpful if they had made it really clear before I purchased the tickets that I had to create an account on SeatGeek to get them.
Easy ticket access
I had no troubles finding my tickets on the app, even though I bought them early. Some other ticket apps have been a headache, but not this one. This app works really well and made everything go smoothly. Thanks for making it simple for me. The Journey concert was amazing and my friends and I had a great time.
Event tickets
I thought the website was really easy to use and getting the event tickets was super simple. The prices were reasonable, especially when you compare them to other ticket websites. I also liked that the site works together with U of A. All in all, I was really happy with how everything went.
Billy Joel/ Sting concert tickets
I saw Billy Joel and Sting in concert and it was amazing! Getting tickets was really simple, and they came in my email two days before the show, just like promised. But the refund policy isn't great - you only get a credit, and it's a one-time code that expires in a year.

I found SeatGeek super easy to use for selling and buying tickets! As a newbie, I was really impressed with how they kept me in the loop about my ticket status and what was coming up next. The whole process was smooth sailing, and I was relieved to avoid any extra complications.
Baseball spring training tickets
So, hey, I bought tickets to go see the Phillies play in spring training and it was so easy. I just picked my seats, paid for them, and got my e-tickets right away on my app. It was seriously the easiest thing ever!
