The custom bobblehead I ordered was awesome! It was really well made and looked just like the photo I sent in. I liked that I could pay a bit extra to see the different stages of how it was made. The company was really good with keeping me updated throughout the whole process, which I appreciated. It was nice to have the option to approve or reject the product to make sure it was just right. Replacement figure received
After a bit of a rough beginning and having to wait a while, I finally got the replacement figure that I was waiting for. The whole thing was kind of annoying and took a long time, with lots of emails back and forth before I finally got the item. Even though things didn't start off great, I have to say I'm happy with how it all turned out. Tom and the folks at the company really came through in the end and made it right. I'm really looking forward to giving the figure to the person I originally planned to give it to.
Custom bobblehead purchase
The bobblehead I ordered turned out pretty good and looks like me, so that's cool. But I did run into a few issues along the way. Had a tough time communicating my wishes cause I had to keep saying them over and over, slowing things down. Even though I asked for it before Christmas, I still had to touch it up at home cause some parts were off. They knew the head wasn't centered but still sent it out like that, so now it leans to one side.
