Custom bobblehead purchase
I feel like I gotta share my thoughts on this company, even though I usually don't bother with reviews. Honestly, my experience was so disappointing. The custom bobblehead I ordered was a total letdown, not worth the money or time I spent on it. The quality was seriously lacking and it didn't even look like the photo I sent in. And to top it off, the customer service was no help at all when I tried to sort things out. Bottom line, I wouldn't recommend buying from this company.
Expensive international shipping
I was really let down by my experience ordering from this company. The shipping fees were way too high for international delivery, and it seemed like every time I turned around, there were delays and they were trying to jack up the price. It was so aggravating and discouraging to feel like they were trying to pull a fast one on me as a customer. I definitely wouldn't suggest this company to anyone.

I just received my bobblehead and it looks totally off! I was planning to give it as a present, but now it's just gonna end up in the garbage. I tried fixing it 7 times, but no dice. They manufacture them in China and I don't think they understand English because they kept making it with white skin even though I specified dark skin. I even sent extra pictures and emails, but nothing. So frustrating! 💩

I was pretty worried at first when I couldn't keep tabs on my bobblehead order, eh, but the customer service folks at this company were amazing, eh. Like, Brad was super quick to get back to me and helped me sort out the problem right away, eh. He figured out that there was a mistake with the tracking number and made sure I could track my package, which apparently has already made its way to NZ, eh. I gotta say, I'm really impressed with the service I got from the team at this company, eh.

I tell ya, I ordered some custom bobbleheads and let me tell ya, it's been a real nightmare. The website said one price, but as soon as I started customizing my order, they hit me with extra fees that jacked up the cost big time. I've been trying to reach customer service for 6 months now, but no luck getting a decent response. They said my dolls would arrive 2 months ago, but nope, still no dolls in sight. Honestly, I'd steer clear of this company, just a heads up for anyone thinking of using them.

I ordered a bobblehead on November 2nd, eh, and it didn't show up until February! The quality was terrible, and they took forever to get back to me about my requests for changes. The photos they sent for approval were all blurry and dark, so I couldn't even see all the details, eh. When it finally got here, the paint job was so bad, with some spots not even painted at all, eh!

Stay far away from Yes Bobbleheads! They sent me my custom bobblehead figures without checking with me first and didn't get all the changes I wanted right. They kept brushing off my requests, trying to charge me extra for more changes even though I paid for unlimited edits. Dealing with them was a total nightmare, waiting ages for fixes that never got done right. Their customer service and product quality are terrible. I tried to get a refund because of their incompetence, but they said no. I ended up just tossing the bobbleheads I got because they looked nothing like what I asked for. The whole thing was a letdown and a waste of money.

Not too shabby! The logo on the bobblehead was really small and hard to see, which was a bit disappointing based on what the website said. Besides that though, the bobblehead was actually pretty good quality.

I'm really looking forward to giving the figure to the person I originally planned to give it to.

I got a doll for my parents' anniversary, but it turned out to look like some weird alien! They tried to charge me more to fix it, but it still didn't turn out right. The service was awful! I requested a refund, but they refused. I suggest avoiding this place, it's a complete rip-off!
