CommunicationThe custom bobblehead I got from this company was amazing, eh! They really went all out to make sure every little thing was just how I wanted it. They kept me posted on how things were going and even took care of some extra things I asked for. Even with all the obstacles like distance, time zones, and Covid-19 restrictions, they did a great job of keeping in touch. The shipping was quick, tracked, and the package was really well wrapped. I'm just over the moon with how it turned out and I can't wait to give it to my husband for his birthday, eh!

CommunicationThe bobblehead I ordered turned out pretty good and looks like me, so that's cool. But I did run into a few issues along the way. Had a tough time communicating my wishes cause I had to keep saying them over and over, slowing things down. Even though I asked for it before Christmas, I still had to touch it up at home cause some parts were off. They knew the head wasn't centered but still sent it out like that, so now it leans to one side.
