I ordered a sweater in 4XL. What arrived was a child size. I offered to return it for a refund and they quibbled and quibbled while spouting a load of nonsense about customer service being their highest priority. They then told me not to return it and gave me only a partial refund. I have reported them to UK Trading Standards.
