Returns & RefundsI ordered a sweater in 4XL. What arrived was a child size. I offered to return it for a refund and they quibbled and quibbled while spouting a load of nonsense about customer service being their highest priority. They then told me not to return it and gave me only a partial refund. I have reported them to UK Trading Standards.

Returns & RefundsThis company has set up two review sites to try and trick customers into thinking they're reliable. Watch out for their sneaky tricks, fake reviews, and problems with returns. I'm never buying from them again and I suggest others steer clear of this shady company.
