NHL team cap
So, I ordered this super cool NHL team cap, eh? But when it arrived, there was this massive hologram sticker stuck on the bill of the cap! I tried to chat with customer service to ask if I could, like, remove it without ruining the cap, but they weren't very helpful, eh. I even tried emailing them, but they never got back to me. It's so annoying, eh!
Hockey jersey purchase
Oh gosh, the customer service at this store is a total mess. My delivery never showed up, and the proof of delivery they sent me doesn't even have the right address on it. When I reached out to them on their chat, they said they'd look into it and get back to me in 72 hours. But, it's been 96 hours now and I haven't heard a peep. After checking in, I found out they hadn't even started the investigation. They said they would now and give me an update in 72 hours, but once again, I got nothing after 96 hours. So, I emailed them for help and it's just been me repeating the same info over and over again. It's been over 2 weeks since my order should have arrived, and no one seems to be stepping up to sort things out.
Free shipping offer
I was pretty stoked when I heard about the free shipping deal for orders over a certain amount. But when I went to check out, I ran into a snag - only express shipping was an option, so I had to cancel my order. On top of that, the customer service replies through email were super slow and didn't really help with my problems. I'd steer clear of this online shop because of these problems.
Delayed delivery and unresponsive customer service
I ordered something at the end of August and they said I'd get it in early September. But, it didn't show up when they said it would, which really annoyed me. I tried emailing customer service for help, but they kept sending me useless replies. It took nearly 6 weeks for my order to show up, way longer than it should have. That just showed me they don't really care about their customers. All in all, it was a crappy experience and I won't be buying from them again.
Toronto Maple Leafs Hockey Jersey
I ordered this sweet Toronto Maple Leafs hockey jersey and it literally took ages to get here! I had to keep bugging the store with emails and they never really gave me straight answers. It was so annoying, like I'm never shopping with them again.
Recent clothing purchase
My experience with this online shop has been really disappointing. I ordered some clothes from their website, but they sent me the wrong sizes and didn't even give me everything I paid for. When I tried to send it back, the customer service team was not helpful at all and couldn't even tell me if they got my return.<br><br>Also, every time I sent an email, I got a different person replying, which just made things more confusing and frustrating. Their responses were unclear and had lots of mistakes in grammar and language. Overall, I'm super unhappy with how this company runs things - it's not clear or trustworthy at all.<br><br>I'm not sure what I'm going to do next, but I definitely wouldn't recommend this online shop to anyone else.
Fanatics branded jersey
So I bought a jersey online thinking it was legit adidas, turns out it wasn't. Tried to get a refund but ran into a bunch of issues with customer service. The returns stuff wouldn't take my order number or email, the live chat was a bust, and I got no reply from emailing Fanatics. Been 4 days now and still nothing, really bummed with the lack of service.
Two items, one correct and one wrong
I bought something from this store the other day and I got one thing right, but one thing totally wrong. I did what the email said to fix it, but I never heard back about how to send the wrong item back and get the right one. Businesses need to own up to their mistakes and fix them fast. NHL should do something about this store so other people don't have the same problem.
2 Hoodies in wrong sizes
I ordered 2 hoodies in 3xl size, but when they arrived, one was way bigger like a 4xl, and the other was so small! What's up with that, eh? I was really let down, like what's the point of having sizes on the tags if they're gonna be wrong?! Not cool, buddy. All I wanted was for my hoodies to fit well, now I gotta deal with this mix-up.
Jersey and hat
When I got my order, I was happy with the jersey and hat I bought. They were good quality, just like I expected. But I was disappointed that they took so long to arrive and that customer service didn't keep me updated. I tried reaching out a few times to ask about my order, but their replies were slow and not very helpful. Overall, I'm satisfied with what I bought, but it would have been a better experience if they improved their delivery times and communication with customers.
Order not received
What a bummer! I ordered stuff in November and paid a lot, but nothing ever arrived. Dealing with customer service has been a nightmare - they string you along, not giving real answers. Still struggling to get my money back, it's like pulling teeth.
Team Jersey
I bought a team jersey from this shop not long ago, and to be honest, my experience was pretty disappointing. I placed my order in early November, hoping to get it in time for a special event. But the delivery was way behind schedule, and even after reaching out to the company and the shipper multiple times through emails, I still haven't received my order. It's really frustrating to pay for something and not get it when you expected it.
Cool hockey jerseys
I scored some awesome hockey jerseys from this store, and man, I was pumped to get them. But then after a whole week went by with no word on my order being sent out, I started to stress a bit. I shot some emails over to customer service, but it seemed like they were blocked by their server every time! I even tried giving them a ring, but no dice. Eventually, I got an email from a different address that said my order was finally on its way, but the tracking number they gave me was a dud. After pushing for the right info, I was able to track my package. Luckily, my jerseys showed up on the 11th day, just as they promised.
Order processing nightmare
I bought something back in October, and it's now January with no sign of it being processed. I've tried reaching out for help several times, but all I hear is crickets. It's frustrating to be left in the dark without any updates or explanations, especially with Covid causing delays. If I had known about the terrible customer service earlier, I would have definitely taken my business elsewhere.
VGK longsleeve shirt
I recently bought a VGK long sleeve shirt from this online shop and honestly, I had a really bad experience. I ordered it on March 27th and paid for it, but it hasn't arrived yet. To make matters worse, there doesn't seem to be any way to get in touch with the website to ask about my order. There's no phone number listed, and my emails have been ignored. I love the Vegas Golden Knights, and I was excited to support them by buying their gear, but this whole thing has been a huge disappointment. I won't be shopping on this site again, and I recommend others steer clear too.
"Fake out on my jersey"
I really thought I hit the jackpot with this jersey I bought, but it turned out to be a total disappointment. The t-shirt I was so excited about never arrived, and now I can't even get anyone to reply to my messages asking about it. It's been a pretty awful experience. Can you believe how misleading the advertising was and how terrible the customer service has been?
Multiple NHL team jerseys
I had a real bad time with this shop when I was trying to get a few NHL team jerseys. I went ahead and made an order with PayPal but it got cancelled twice, and no one bothered to explain why. So then I thought I'd try using my card, but they said it wasn't working right. To make things even worse, they took more than $25 from my bank account even though my order was still just sitting there in the shopping cart. It really felt like they were ripping me off without giving me what I paid for. It was so frustrating and annoying, and honestly, it just left a bad taste in my mouth.
