I bought some activewear from this company not too long ago, but I had to send it back because it didn't fit properly. The return process has been a total headache. It's been more than three weeks since they got my return, and even after trying to reach out multiple times, I still haven't heard anything about when I'll get my money back. Their customer service is terrible, to be honest. It's too bad because I really liked their stuff, but now the fact that they owe me $100 is making me think twice about shopping with them in the future.

It's so annoying, eh!

We paid for a night cruise around York that only lasted an hour. When we sat down, we were given a free glass of prosecco. The view during the journey was mostly dark river and trees, the only exciting part being the pubs at the landing area. There was no live commentary as promised, just loud and poor-quality speakers playing above us. The highlight of the trip ended up being the drunk passengers who joined us on board. Classic, right? The younger ones seemed perplexed, but hey, it's a strange world we live in! I definitely won't be spending my savings on this experience again!

Let me tell you, that hotel was spotless and so well taken care of, plus the bed was like sleeping on a cloud. The breakfast buffet was top-notch, way better than we expected, and the staff were just amazing - super friendly, always on the ball, and ready to lend a hand. All in all, it was a fantastic experience and I would totally recommend this hotel to anyone in need of a comfy and fun stay.
