Leggings and bra purchase
I recently bought a pair of red ochre compressive high-rise leggings and a paloma bra from this company. They had a great selection of colours to choose from, which made it easy for me to find exactly what I was looking for. The website was easy to use and I had no trouble finding my way around. I got the leggings in size M and the bra in size S, and they both fit perfectly. The fabric of the leggings was super soft and stretchy, so they were really comfortable to wear. I was so pumped about getting those free socks with my order, but then I got an email saying my order was cancelled because their promo code was messed up. They should really get their act together before letting people place orders!

I just had the worst time dealing with customer service from this company. First they told me my order was cancelled, then they said it was sent to the wrong place because of some computer problem. Eh, so the products are actually made from recycled water bottles, and the company is good about paying its factory workers fair wages to toil away in safe working conditions. So I bought this amazing puffer jacket online during their Black Friday sale and it feels like it's been forever, but still no sign of it! UPS claims they handed it off to USPS, but USPS is all like, "What jacket?" Trying to track it down feels like a total ghost town. And seriously, what's the deal with Girlfriend Collective? They're not responding to emails or even providing a phone number. It's like they disappeared into thin air! I have a feeling they ran out of jackets and just decided not to give any refunds. So not cool!

So I bought a pair of leggings from this company recently and, gotta say, I really like the leggings but man, the customer service was just the absolute worst. I didn't get any order confirmation, no packing slip, and got three different order numbers for one thing I bought. And to top it off, the return address they gave me was wrong. How am I supposed to get my money back when there's no return slip and all these different order numbers? It's a disaster just waiting to happen.

I've never had such terrible service before. I ordered something weeks ago and still haven't got it. I called many times but no one picked up. They only email me with excuses and no progress. I asked for a refund but that hasn't happened yet. It's frustrating when a company takes your money and doesn't deliver. I wouldn't recommend buying from them.

I bought some stuff not long ago and I was really happy with how good they were. But then I had to deal with their customer service to get a refund and it was just awful. They owe me almost $100 for a whole month now. I've sent a bunch of emails but haven't heard back from them at all.
