Puffer jacket order cancellation
So, I ordered a puffer jacket from Girlfriend Collective, and boy was I let down. After I made my order, I got an email saying it was canceled for no reason! I tried reaching out to their customer service by email to ask why, but they never got back to me. And to top it off, when I tried to buy the jacket again, they wouldn't give it to me at the original price. The whole thing really frustrated me and left me feeling disappointed in how they handled everything.
Stretch pants
I got these stretchy pants from that store not too long ago, and let me tell you, they are seriously the worst pants I have ever owned. They just don't fit right - too loose around the waist, too tight around the calf, and I'm always having to hike them up. I thought I was doing a good thing by buying from a sustainable brand but man, was I let down.
