I bought a winter parka and some undergarments from this brand, and I gotta say, I'm loving both of them! The parka I got last winter is not only super cute, but it's also keeping me toasty warm. My recent order of undergarments just arrived, and let me tell you, they are now my absolute fave undies! The price was a bit higher than I usually spend, but the brand's commitment to sustainability is definitely worth it. As for customer service, I can't say anything about the negative reviews because I haven't had to deal with them yet. But my experiences with the brand so far have been top-notch.
