Waiting for product
I recently bought something from this company and I've been waiting for my order for three months now with no updates on when it will arrive. They kept promising they would deliver but so far, nothing. I'm really disappointed with this lack of service and I really don't think anyone should buy from them.

Shipping fees
I just bought something from this store and man, they really hit me hard with the shipping fees. I mean, all I got was a simple piece of clothing, and they slapped me with $17.95 for ground shipping from Ohio to Pennsylvania, and another $1.99 for carrier fees. It felt like they were just trying to squeeze every penny out of me and honestly, it didn't sit right with me. I mean, come on! In a world where so many other online shops offer free or cheap shipping, it's pretty disappointing to see a big name store like this charging such high shipping prices.

Not worth it
I've been using this thing for 6 whole months now, and guess what? My hair looks even worse than it did before! It's like my hair is slowly disappearing and becoming more delicate by the day. And to top it off, I shelled out 500 bucks for this thing and didn't get any help from customer service. It's like they couldn't care less. Save yourselves, folks, don't get suckered into this scam.

Pro subscription cancellation
Oh man, what a nightmare! So I had no problem signing up for that Pro subscription, but when I tried to cancel it, it was a total pain. Couldn't find an option to cancel anywhere on the website, no clue on what to do next. After some searching, I figured out I had to shoot them an email to cancel. Like, seriously? Can we talk about sketchy business moves here?
