    Seven shorts order, received only one

    I ordered seven pairs of shorts, but only got one in the mail. When I contacted Customer Service, they blamed FedEx and said I had to wait for an investigation. But FedEx only delivered a small sealed bag that could fit max three pairs of shorts. When I chatted with them on messenger, they admitted the items were out of stock. They should've been honest on their website instead of falsely saying they sent everything.

    I recently bought two pairs of jeans, but I realized I picked the wrong size right after ordering. I contacted customer service right away to ask for a size change. But, I was bummed out when Anna from customer service got back to me 12 hours later, saying they couldn't change the size because the order was already processed. My only options were to wait for the jeans to arrive and then return them for the right size or place a new order, costing me about £400 in total. This lack of flexibility and understanding made me frustrated and unhappy. I spent three days picking out the perfect jeans, and dealing with Anna from customer service was not the ending I hoped for. This bad experience has made me decide not to support this brand anymore. I wouldn't recommend their services to anyone after such poor customer service.

    Unworn pair of jeans

    I recently bought a pair of jeans from your website thinking they would be a nice addition to my wardrobe. But when they arrived, I realized right away that they didn't fit properly. No matter how hard I tried, they just wouldn't go past my hips. It was surprising and disappointing because I never had this issue with other brands. I tried to return them, but I had already taken off the tag in my eagerness to try them on. That caused some difficulties when I spoke to customer service, who said I couldn't return the jeans without the tag. I think that rule is a bit too strict, especially given the situation. As someone who cares about good clothes and great service, I felt really let down by the whole thing.

    Item return shipping cost

    I was so disappointed when I found out that I had to dish out over $11 just to send back a $25 thingy from Colorado to Oklahoma using ground shipping. I thought that was way too much to pay for sending it back, especially since the thing itself wasn't that pricey. It would have been great to have a cheaper way to send things back, 'cause the cost of shipping it back was like almost half the price of the thing itself. I would have liked it better if they were more upfront about how much it would cost to send it back before I bought it.

    I can't believe how bold this company is. They're keeping my refund for over two weeks, then cancelling it because I put in a dispute. Is that even allowed? It's like they believe they can cheat and steal without any repercussions. But you know what? I'm not going to just let it slide.

    I bought something from their website not too long ago and when it arrived, it was defective. It was disappointing because it seemed like they didn't check for quality before shipping it out to me. I contacted customer service about it and at first, they said they'd send me a new one. But then I got a voicemail saying they changed their minds and I had to order it again online. It was annoying because I wouldn't get my money back until they got the messed-up item back. All in all, I wasn't happy with how things went down when I shopped with that company online.

    I ordered something online what feels like forever ago and it still hasn't arrived. They lost the first one and now I have to wait even more. Usually, my orders come super fast, but this time has been the worst. Fedex was supposed to bring it, but it got lost in Tracy, CA and now I have no idea where it is. So frustrating!

    Tan pants purchase

    I just bought a pair of tan pants from the store, and let me tell you, I am not impressed at all with how they turned out. They're so flimsy, they feel like they could tear like tissue paper. The very first time I put them on, they ripped right next to the seam of the back left pocket. It's just not right for pants to fall apart that fast and that easily.

    Bulk purchase of jeans for company maintenance staff

    The customer service at this place is just terrible. Their products aren't anything special, and the way they treat their customers is not acceptable. I'm going to take my business somewhere else, where I feel valued as a customer.
